I noticed this design has been completely overhauled compared to the older version. Is this new version using WPBakery or Elementor? I can’t seem to control the background header button CTA

We have completely overhauled and updated the design to provide a much more modern, faster, and user-friendly experience. To answer your first question, this new updated version is built entirely with Elementor. Regarding the header CTA button, because it is an Elementor-based design, we have set up the button to inherit colors globally. This means you don’t need to edit the header layout directly to change the color. Instead, it is controlled via Elementor’s Site Settings. Thank you

Please add the following custom CSS in your WordPress dashboard: Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS

I also can’t find the theme update button in the Envato Market to see any updates released.

We are using the Pool services theme. Please scroll down to the Our Photo Gallery section below. If you click one image in the gallery, 2 lightboxes appear in the background. There is a duplicate view of the lightbox, which we need to close both when the user needs to close the photo.
In the editor view, it works fine, but when you check on the frontend, there’s a duplicate of the lightbox.
The widget used is the Pool Services Content Gallery from the theme.
Please let me know what you need on our end to fix the issue.

Please check your PHP version first. It need to be 8.0 not more than that. After import demo content you can change the PHP version

On the about us page there are double colons :: how do I get rid of them?

There might be an accidental colon in the field for that section https://prnt.sc/TsupBnM2Juk0 because the colon is already there in the code. So please remove that from the elementor widget’s field. But if you want to completely remove the colon then please open a ticket we will give you the updated plugin with the removed colon.

In your change log documentation you indicate that the latest version of the theme is 4.0, but when downloading, version 3.5 is downloaded.

I changed the domain and the activation of the theme does not work either, and it is assumed that the license is already active, but it continues to indicate that it requires activation. I also get a notification that says: “Your theme (Pool Services) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.”
