that’s the opposite of my point! i am telling you to kindly explain us all publicly how to use the SINGLE product page builder as you show in the link i provided above. I tried ot use it and , well, it does not show with ALL PRODUCTS or SINGLE PRODUCT ID.
Maybe you did something wrong and did not follow our instructions. That is why we need to check your website specifically.
I purchased this theme from one of your partners.
The issue is that after the latest update 7.5.0, the mobile menu is not working, although it was working fine before the update.

Our support has ended on April 27, 2023. In the feature list is stated that I will get ‘Lifetime auto-updates’. However I can’t seem to update the theme to the latest version as the support has ended. Was that not a standard practice back then or is this an error on your end?

I just updated to Woodmart 7.5 on 2 sites, and I only had problems, I can’t believe it.
Mobile menu and cart stopped working.
On one of the sites, I downloaded a version of the previous woodmart and woodmart core (from another that had not yet updated) and tried to update, but I had other problems.
I even managed to get the menus working again, but the icons were all broken, and when activating the new theme, the icons started working again, but the menu stopped working. I saw that my support had expired, but in this case, it generated several critical problems. the update.

Note: I managed to solve the icon problem, I just changed it to another set and saved it.

I ended up restoring version 7.4.3 but what a headache, I spent more than 2 hours solving this, it’s unfortunate that this type of serious problem happens after updates =/

My existing website was working fine with woodmart. But Now, it takes a lof of time to load front end. Backend is working fine. In order check this I tried activating the 2023 wordpress theme, frontend works perfectly. when i activate the woomart theme again. the website loads very slow. so, I kindly request you to provide a solution for this.

Despite numerous attempts to optimize the site’s speed, including upgrading the hosting package and configuring caching plugins like WP Rocket and Imagify, the loading time remains unacceptably slow. It takes approximately 20 seconds to load each page, severely impacting user experience and site functionality.

Hi,
is there a recent glitch / fix / patch for coupons recently?
I have an issue using advanced coupon pro with a coupon that make a reduction directly on the shipping.
Before the reduction was applied to the shipping amount. now the reduction is made on the total.
For example if shipping was 10$ – 2$ = shipping was displayed as 8$ now it is displayed at 10$ but 2$ is removed from the total.
Overall the total is good, but this is confusing for the client that the shipping price is not reduced.

I need to extend the support even if this is a bug? I’m just asking if there is a recent fix about the coupon and shipping? In your patch list some patch have no description so this is hard to figure out if we need to apply it or not… I don’t want to break it more than it is…
This functionality is unrelated to our theme so there shouldn’t be any bugs caused by WoodMart. But if it appears to be a bug, we will fix this and return your money back for the support extension.

Well, upon checking all the possible Elementor variations ( and the latest update 3.21.0) are not performing ok. Only the old Version 3.18.2 is working OK for me, and all others from that one are messing out my home page, and the infoshop page ( that has 7 sliders). In the meantime, I’ve updated My Woodmart website with the latest 7.5 version. I had to do that manually for some reason that wasn’t available via my WP dashboard.
