Hello!
I just bought my 6th license for Enfold. When I try to install the theme I get this message: “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
I’m using the new version of Wordpress on a newer MacBook Pro.

I’m sorry for the delayed response.
That error occurs when the Max_upload_file_size set on your server is low. Increasing it would fix the error.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the “upload_max_filesize” and “post_max_size” values to 64M and “max_execution_time” to 300.

When I try to upload an image to my wordpress site when ENFOLD is enabled it just crashes (Apache shuts down and I need to restart apache manually)

Please try deactivating all active plugins in the WordPress admin panel > Plugins > Installed Plugins and check if that resolves the error.
If it doesn’t, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold ) and attach a link to your site, admin login credentials, and your server’s error logs in the private content field so we can investigate the issue.

Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.7.1 ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ). We’ve replaced the Twitter icon with the X icon in an update last year.
If the social icons do not show up on mobile after the update, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold ) and attach temporary admin login credentials in the private content field so we can look into it.

Hi, I have a BIG issue as of today. My theme and server are not communicating and the webpage is broken. It is not uploading media of any sort from the server, but the media is present on the server. Tried to fix with restoring latest backup from yesterday, nothing changed. I need an urgent fix for this issue.

Hi – is there a way for the tabs label to stay on top on mobile? Its not a pleasing UX UI for tabs to swipe down together with the label. Also a way to close the tabs on mobile and not open a default tab?

You can go to the Enfold theme options > General Layout > Layout > Logo and Main Menu and select the Right or Left Sidebar option ( https://imgur.com/a/QdfaetU ).
If that’s not how you’d like to display your menu, please send a screenshot so I can better advise.

Which element are you using? The Tabs element displays the full titles and doesn’t truncate them. If it does on your installation, please try deactivating all active plugins and temporarily remove all customizations you made on the theme and check if that fixes the issue.

Hi, we are getting issues of content sections being duplicated and removed after we edit and update a page.
PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “type” on null in /home/site/public_html/wp-includes/rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-templates-controller.php on line 769
Everytime we edit the homepage even just a letter – the same issue persists on the screenshots, we tested in a different hosting – same issue,
we disabled all the plugins and test – same issue.
this must be related with the theme.
How do we go about this? ty

We have enfold in use for our website the past 10 years now, we are very happy so far, this theme is very well maintained so far. We will now need to redesign our website, in order to make a good decision, if we shoukd keep on developing the site on the enfold theme, we would need to know if the enfold theme will be updated in the next 10 years also. what are your plans?

The short answer is, yes. We discontinued our older themes to use all our resources on Enfold. As a one-theme company, we’ll continue updating Enfold.
We are actively improving Enfold with frequent updates and have some great new features that will be available soon.

Please go to the Enfold theme options > Performance > JS File Compression and Merging, select the Disabled option, save changes, clear cache, and check if that takes care of the warning you’re getting.

I’ve tried all the different options in performance and nothing stopped the spam error ( 2,5 gb log of this error in some weeks ), I tried rename the dynamic_avia to another name and the spam stopped and website seems working as usual. Did I broke anything I didn’t notice? Found no errors either in php logs

Can theme setting disable the Enter key when someone clicks on the search button. If you hit “enter” the results appeαrs in redirect page.

i love the Enfold theme, It’s very comprehensive, with some cool settings for performance etc. I had only one issue, (my fault), it took me days and couldn’t fix it. I emailed support and in no time Ismael identified the issue and I fixed it. Fantastic service. Thanks Enfold.

Hi, I have been using Enfold for long and never had a problem with the Mansory. I am very happy with it in face.
Then I created a dummy site based on my existing site because I want to rearrange the layout and test one plugin. But I notice that the Mansory filter not working as it used to be. I have recheck and make sure the setting is the same with my existing site. All the plugins used are same.
It shows all products even though I only selected few category “product cat” for the entries. The category list shows as the filter is random category. Not based on my that selections. Any ideas what could be the issue?

Hi, Yigit. Yes, I tried both – I activated all the plugins I used on the existing website and also tried to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce. Both are done from the admin panel.
I also export the “product” content from the existing website and import it to the new one using WordPress importer. I also export and import the theme settings from the theme panel. That’s it.
I want to use Enfold for a restaurant website but I want to use also automatic order printing with WooFood plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woofood-online-delivery-for-woocommerce/20404478 . Is it compatible ?

We didn’t test the WooFood plugin with Enfold so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee compatibility. Please contact the WooFood plugin’s author and ask if they had any experience with Enfold.
