Hello, I have purchased this theme long ago I lost the domain, so I’m using on a different domain. I register it on the domain https://imgur.com/a/UFbpzl7 then I rest the theme now its showing only one domain where as I had activated it sometime ago for the same domain https://imgur.com/PcdIArc .

What shall I do to fix this ?

hello , i am stuck in a problem i am trying to activate my theme but it is saying “Please enter a valid code

Reminder! One registration per Website. If registered elsewhere please deactivate that registration first.” i have checked product key multiple times and there is no mistake in it and i don’t remember that i have activated this theme elsewhere. now how may i know that what is the problem in my case my product key is expired or what ? or my theme is activated on any other website ? if anyone can help me in this case i am very stressed due to this i have very low budget and now stucked in this problem.

Unable to use the theme after performing a reinstallation of wordrpess. I have 2 licenses and when going to your website to create a support account and ticket or contact you the website is not working when registering.

Hello there, I have an issue with the version of WPBakery Page Builder 7.5 included with the version 1.6.93 of DFD Native theme.

Hi I contact you because a have a problem with your theme and I don’t know how to solve it. My client has a website with dfd native theme, and the dashboard is broken with no possibility of edit content or create new one. I have downloaded the last versión of your theme and try to solve the problem in local server but it’s imposible to install your theme. I can’t install DFD Theme Extensions>

I have purchased both Ronneby (Item Purchase Code: ...... 9eac-dc99a53ead74) and Native (Item Purchase Code: .....-d0d23ae70d78) from you. Ronneby works perfectly, but I’m experiencing issues with Native.

In Native, I am unable to install demos. I contacted customer service (Ellen was her name), but they were unable to resolve it. She advised me to contact my hosting provider, but they couldn’t resolve the issue either.
