WE are having an issue where the Safeguard options page is not showing:

The devs refuse to elaborate on what version we were supposed to roll back to in order to get the theme working.

I requested you to restore the backup that is available on your server. The backup is not a plugin or a theme, but the entire website. If you don’t understand the basics, you can ask for clarification, but it doesn’t give you the right to communicate with us in such a tone. Let’s respect each other and be patient. Thanks.

You said “Roll back to the previous version.” Not “Go to you previous backup.” (I will happily share screen captures)
As some one who has been at a while, I said to my self “I wonder if they mean go to the previous version of the theme? Or the Plugin perhaps?”
Then I asked for simple clarification, and all I got was the asme answer repeated over and over again. The “tone” refer to comes from the frustration of not getting a simple “We mean go to a backup not a plugin version” from you on my first enquiry and having to badger it out of you.
Now we have restored the site, and you tell us its working by send a screen capture from a website WE DO NOT OWN. Not even the same domain as the one we are working on.
You dont even know what website you are troubleshooting and I have a tone? We have been on this platform for over 15 years and have never run into a more obtuse interaction.
I appreciate your extensive experience, but it seems that it was not enough to understand what I mean.

I clearly informed you about the SITE. The SITE includes plugins, a theme, and WordPress files.
A website backup It’s a copy of ALL (theme,plugins,wordpress files) your website’s files stored , from images to text to source codes.

Hi I am having a lot of issues with this theme and the support on themerex seem to keep avoiding me or not helping. The theme is filled with bugs for me, I’ve worked my way around most of them but there are some severe bugs like not being able to add things to the menus and the widgets for the blog and shop etc have disappeared (https://support.themerex.net/ticket/96777). These things are stopping me from finishing the build and I really don’t have time to start from scratch with another theme. My hosting have looked into it and we’ve determined that it is an issue with the theme as when I swap to another theme these issues are solved. Please may this be looked into as it’s getting frustrating now, as there is nothing I can do my end to fix it and it’s not a problem I’ve caused. Thank you

Hi there, I just added the newest theme update and the Child Theme no longer works. I’ve tried on live and broke my site, so I restored and added to a staging site, which shows the same issue. If the child theme no longer works I will need to redo the entire site to customize it again, but with ever update the site will brake again. How do I keep the child theme to work with the new theme update? Any help on this is much appreciated.
Hello again. I’ve extended the support, but no one has replied since 26 November, and now I can’t access the support dashboard. The most recent update has some issues. I have two staging environments, and they have the same problem. After adding the new theme, the Child theme no longer functions properly. Many customisations are lost; they can’t be added back as there are no options via dropdown, and the footer is deleted. When recreating the footer, it’s done in Elementor, and the features I had in WPBakery are lost; it doesn’t look the same once recreated. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me out. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello, I activated my theme and tried importing the content. After a long time, the import was finished with a few errors such as:
New AJAX call! And when I try to visit my website, a blank page opens. Nothing is shown.
But all the theme settings are imported.
I increased the max_execution_time to 360 in php.ini file as well… but still I see the above errors while importing and white screen website.

You need to select a product and click the add to cart button, then you will see a message that your product has been added to the cart and you can see it by clicking on the link VIEW CART . The second option is to redirect the user to the cart after adding. Thanks
