I want to purchase this theme, but quick question first. I have multiple small locations for my dealership. Is it possible to have both addresses and phone numbers listed at the top the site’s home page, or is it limited to one? Also, can the inventory be filtered by location? Thanks.
In the theme settings you can set the address and phone number, and you could just enter 2 addresses and 2 phone numbers in these fields, but we could also customize this for you fairly easily if you wanted to replace the left side top toolbar elements with a secondary address. The inventory is definitely be filterable by location, the listing categories are 100% customizable.
We use the car dealer management system Frazer. I saw that this is a feature: “Frazer & WebManager Data Integration – import you vehicle inventory from Frazer Dealer Management Software or from the WebManager Marketing Platform”. I called Frazer yesterday and they said they no longer upload to independent websites. Do you still upload to Frazer? Maybe I’m asking them the wrong question to confirm this.
Yes, we tons of customers using Frazer. In fact we just finished setting up another customer on Frazer yesterday afternoon, so I’m quite sure Frazer still provides this functionality. I think maybe the Frazer employee you talked to may have misunderstood your question. Thousands of Frazer customers rely on exporting their inventory daily, I can’t see them discontinuing this functionality. Feel free to send us an email if you’d like to discuss further.

Hi, it seems that your latest update (20 August) it’s not be automatically displayed in our backend that’s why we have missed it. As well you haven’t include it in your update log https://themeforest.net/item/automotive-car-dealership-business-wordpress-theme/9210971#item-description__changelog. Can you do so in order to be able to update?

The update on August 20 was just the bundled plugins, there were no physical changes to the code in the actual theme which is why the changelog was not updated.

unfortunately I cannot select a font in the settings even after an update. There is not even a selection field.
addendum: this happens as soon as i activate the plugin “Automotive Listings” even if i use the latest version.

Two quick questions before I buy again: a) Does this work with DIVI? and b) Can you have more than one slider in the filters, say one for price, one for cc and one for mileage?
a.) It depends if you mean the Divi page builder or the Divi theme. The Divi page builder likely should work, although we haven’t tested it and don’t guarantee support for it, but it’s important to understand that the shortcodes we include are only set up for WP Bakery and Elementor. If you are wanting to use a different theme such as the Divi theme with the inventory listings plugin, send us an email at sales@themesuite.com and we can discuss further, because there are a couple of different options for this.
b.) Yes you can have multiple sliders for filters, just make sure you are using numeric values
Update package not available – I successfully connected our envato account which has a valid version of the theme. However, when I try to update the ‘automotive listing’ plugin, I get the message ‘update package not available.’ The site is european-garage.com, thank you for any feedback.
It sounds like maybe your account was connected under the old Envato API which they have deprecated now, and you will need to set it up with the new OAUTH system. You will need to manually download the latest version of the theme and included Automotive Listings plugin (included in the theme bundle) and update these 2 manually. After you update both of these, make sure you are logged into the Envato account you used to purchase the theme at https://build.envato.com and then go back to Theme Options >> Update Settings and reconnect your account. After that you should be able to update moving forward.

Hi, we have two Wordpress websites using your theme, one which is still on Wordpress 6.5.3 is working fine. The other one is on Wordpress 6.6.1 is no longer working properly. Clicking on any of the View Details buttons on the listing page goes through to a URL not found page. Is there any issue with your theme working with the latest version of Wordpress? Thanks
All of our sites are running perfectly on the latest version of WordPress, including our demo site and the experience / test drive site that is used for demo purposes.
Try resaving your permalinks under Settings >> Permalinks and see if that resolves it. You don’t need to change any settings, just click ‘Save’ and that will regenerate the permalinks.

1. No direct chat, but there are WordPress plugins available to do this. There is email support built in.
2. You can access the demo here: https://experience.themesuite.com/ – If you are interested more information on the Front End Submission premium plugin please email sales@themesuite.com for more information, it is not installed on the demo experience site.
3. You could need our premium Front End Submission plugin for this (purchased separately from the theme). You can register to post listings as a seller or purchase ads. Buyers would not have an account unless they registered, but there wouldn’t be any specific functionality for them having an account as they wouldn’t have any inventory listings to manage.
Hi. I need to do an update, unfortunately the Automotive Listings plugin does not have the Username & API Key fields completed. I have taken over the administration of a site that uses this template, but I can’t contact the company that created the site. What can I do to update the plugin? Is it necessary to purchase the template again, or is it noted in your database that a license was purchased for a specific domain?
You would need to have access to the ThemeForest account that purchased the theme, and you can manually download the theme from the Downloads tab of the account.

There is no way to transfer licenses from one Envato / ThemeForest account to another, but you could open a ticket with Envato to be 100% sure. Likely if it is still using the old Envato API system it is very old, that was deprecated many years ago.

Yes, it is fully translatable. It also supports WPML and is WPML certified for multi-language translations.

That is only if you purchased a premium plugin for us, to reset your theme license you just go to My Products and click Reset License

I don’t see your license code in any of the screenshots, so it doesn’t look like it is grabbing your purchase code when you click Grab Envato Products.
Please go to https://build.envato.com/ and make sure that you are logged into the Envato account that you used to purchase the Automotive theme. After you have finished that, please go back to https://support.themesuite.com under My Products and click Grab Envato Products again to connect your account. If it is successful, you should see the Purchase Code appear.

We don’t currently have a plugin to accomplish this, however it does support MailChimp, so you can gather Newsletter subscribers and email your user base when you add new listings.

Can we get latest Revolution slider and WPBakery plugins for the theme? Seems they are outdated but we can’t update without the theme offering this.
If you have activated your theme under Theme Options >> Update Settings you should be able to automatically update these plugins, but they are also updated to the latest versions in the ThemeForest bundle, if you re-download it you will find them in the Plugins folder.

Is it possible to use this template as cars board where people or companies can create accounts and publish (sell) their cars?
We have a Front End Submission plugin that is separate from the theme, that enables you to post listings from the front end of the website, and you can allow other users to register and post listings if you wish as well. These listings have the option to be approved by the administrator before they go live. You can also charge money for the listings if you want using the integrated PayPal and Stripe payment integration.

Hi, we have been using this theme for over 5 years now. Thank you for developing it! Athough recently we have been getting too many 503 (Service unavailable) errors. I updated the wordpress, automotive theme and all the plugins that come with it.Deleted old images. Talked to GoDaddy, the hosting company.They said that error 503 is comming due to the high memory/CPU (~100%) utilization and suggested to talk to Theme developer. Disabling automotive plugin eliminates 503 errors. usastateauto.com runs on two cpus and 2GB memory. I feel that should be enough for few dozens of inventory items and 1K+ images. We had a similar issue last year around the same time. GoDaddy convinced us to buy an upgrade. Please let me know if this is something you could look into (I will be happy to purchase the support) or should I increase memory to 4GB?
Hmmm, that doesn’t sound typical of what other customers with similar sized websites experience. Can you make a backup of your website files and database, and email us a link to download it at support@themesuite.com so we can test your website on a different server? After we test it we will be able to better advise what the issue is.
is there an option to allow users to ‘reserve’ a vehicle by making a small payment?
Yes, you can do this using a feature in the Automotive Listings plugin that will integrate with the WooCommerce plugin to process their deposit payment.
You can enable it under Listing Options >> Single Listing Page >> WooCommerce Listing Integration and then associate a product with the listing. Basically that enables the user to add that product to their cart and checkout.
All you have to do is create a WooCommerce product with the same title and reserve price with a quantity of 1. Setting the quantity to 1 will eliminate the possibility of 2 people leaving a deposit for the same listing.
is there a way to preview how this would show? on your demo site I cannot add any plug ins and I dont think woocommerce is added there.
Below are some screenshots to better help you visualize and understand how to set it up and how it would look.
When WooCommerce is activated you will see some new options appear under Listing Options >> Single Listing Page where you can customize some of the styling of how it will appear:
After you create your WooCommerce product for the deposit amount to reserve the listing, you just create or edit your listing and you will just select the matching product:
You can change the ‘Reserve Listing’ widget title to whatever you want, the button color is set in the theme options, and you can also further customize the styling with CSS if you wish, but here’s how it looks with the above settings:
I will also mention if you are going to be doing this for every listing we could customize something for you to automatically create a WooCommerce product for a deposit of a set percentage of the listing price, or a set deposit amount, and automatically associate the WooCommerce product with the listing so you don’t have to manually do this for every listing. If you are interested in having us customize something like this for you just send us an email with the details of how you’d like it to work at sales@themesuite.com and we’d be happy to give you a quote on what that would cost.
I think I would like that, hopefully after my website starts funding itself! is it possible to have two ‘add to cart’ sections? So I could allow the customer to either reserve at nominal price or even purchase and pay at full price?
WooCommerce doesn’t have this functionality built in, so you would have to have 2 separate products (one for reserve and one for full price), or maybe there is a WooCommerce plugin extension you could purchase that has this functionality. Either way it would likely take a bit of customization to integrate 2 sections into the single listing page.
