Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

Just I’ve just downloaded the theme. When I upload it to the site it says it is version 1.1.5 but according to the log the latest version is 1.2.2.

We have double-checked the version of the theme uploaded to ThemeForest, and no issues were found. The current version is 1.2.2. However, to update the theme, there is no need to download it from Themeforest again – notifications of new versions will appear in the admin panel, the theme and bundled plugins can be updated directly from the Dashboard -> Updates menu – https://ekoterra.ancorathemes.com/doc/#installation_theme_update

OK I think I see the problem. If you download “Installable WordPress file only” it is 1.1.5 but if you download the bundle it is 1.2.2. Sorted now but you might want to look into that.
Sorry for all the messages, but according to Patchstack and Wordfence anything below 2.3.4 for the ThemeREX Addons plugin is a critical vulnerability. I’m only seeing version 1.6.53.12 after update.

The Theme panel is not showing Hi I had to redo my website and do a fresh install However although the theme is activated, there is nowhere to add the licence key Or import demo data Your documentation shows a tab in the menu called theme panel. There is no such thing even after installing the plugins.
It also shows themerex add-ons under this theme panel tab but on my installation the themerex add-on is a separate menu item.
