Hi, I’ve recently purchased Soundrise and I’m unable to install the required Soundrise Music plugin, the download link in the plugin installer is broken and returns “Download failed. Unsupported Media Type”. I’m also unable to properly activate the Iron Demo Importer plugin as recommended.

I’ve raised a support ticket, but this seems like a critical issue affecting new customers. These plugins are either out of date or hosted incorrectly, and the theme can’t function as intended without them. Please update the TGMPA installer or provide working download links ASAP, this shouldn’t be something every user has to chase individually.

A prompt response or fix would be appreciated. Others experiencing the same issue, please comment below so this is addressed publicly.

Hi, I’m planning to buy your theme, but I’m wondering if you also have a basic/plain HTML version of the “Vice” demo. I want the looks exactly how they are on that demo, but also want to add multilingual, and am planing to do that on the top right, where the socials are.

Or, if you can guide me on how to add multilingual to your theme, it would be also useful.

I went to change the logo through the Soundrise theme option, when I replaced my logo my site got this error “There has been a critical error on this website. WP Bakery & Essential Grid updates Is there a way to update WP Bakery & Essential Grid ? It seems like the versions coming with 1.61 are quite behind. I am hosting about 600 of my songs, and I want to split that collection up into several different playlists. ​Hello, i’m trying to edit the settings in my essential grid but it won’t let me click on the different tabs.

I’ve updated the theme to SoundRise 1.5.11

However I’ve tried updating Essential Grid and it will not update. Do I need a paid license to download Essential Grid from their website? Tried deleting Essential Grid and re-installing it, but can’t find the plugin when searching for it.

I’ve installed the theme (and demo content), but the menu does not render, the music player is broken, and WordPress is insisting I update the database, which I’ve already done TWICE.

I’ve left you numerous support tickets days ago, with no response. I’m about to request a refund. This theme doesn’t seem stable.
