Hi, I have 12 active Avada licenses but when I login to myavada, only 4 of them are listed. I need to locate other websites that my Avada licenses are activated on them. Please help.

Hi Guys,

Hope you can help me. I’m trying to install the Child theme of Avada, but I get the following error.

The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Avada” parent theme.

How is this possible? I installed the parent theme already. It’s seems that the Child theme does not recognize this.

I dont have support license. I don’t need that, but only have this question…

Hello, we have licenses for avada, but for one of our websites, it says the theme is V7.11.4 | UNREGISTERED, and at the avada site it says it is active, how can we fix that? It also says our support is “expired”? Didnt get that, the license should be renewed every year?

How to add a “Cc” email in Avada form? Please let me know. I am working for one of my client. But do not see any option to add Cc email in Avada form.

One simple question that is not worth $50 to renew support. Can not submit ticket so comment it is. We have a mobile footer menu…. how to update to open up basically not down or enlarge the footer. We can send link if you provide email, thanks.

See if support requires $50 for this, I imagine they will for some odd reason.

Guess it’s a $50 question, thanks, I guess.

Watch your support if it expires you are on your own or pay $50 for something simple, will figure it out though. Buyers beware though see how simple this is, they will not look at it until support is renewed for basic issue. Should have it fixed today just wanted to save hours to fix it was all.

Hi, I’m working on one of my client’s sites. The site was not created by me and was created with the Avada theme, for which I do not have the purchase code. Now I would like to purchase the updated version of the theme, number 7.11 but I would like to unuploading them via ftp to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server. Thank you in advance, Silvia

This could be due to some 3rd party plugin conflicting, can you try checking the backend as well as frontend builder both in this case? also kindly try disabling your 3rd party plugin and check again once.

Hi there, I previously used Contact Form 7 with Avada on different websites and am now exploring Avada form for contact instead. How can I work this using my server smtp capability or AWS Simple Email Service? Did I misunderstand the capability of the Avada form? Should I go back to using Contact Form 7?

You can use a SMTP plugin for WP and set that up and Avada Form will use that as well to send out emails.

HTML Tables aren’t responsive by nature. If you need more control over responsive behavior of the Tables, then it’s better to use a plugin like Tablepress that offers extra tools for display on smaller screens.

Hello guys. I would like to know how can i declare a licence as staging. My staging domain is xxxxx.dev.mydomain.gr. However when i register the licence it is matched as a domain licence and not as a staging. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.

Wow! I built my site a couple of years ago and come back to it to find that the Fusion page builder is completely not working! All I see is the wp default page builder. Now I can’t change anything on my site. The site says it is connected using the Envato token, but both my Avada licenses say thy are available and not connected? My version is up to date and wp is set up to use the builder? I hope don’t abandon me here without support and make me pay for it.
