hi, In user registration, to avoid spammers, I use google captcha, but still there are so many of them. I had an idea to include a question in registration form so that only locals could answer it. But which file should I modify in codes. Please guide.

However if you configured recaptcha for our registration form I’m almost sure it would protect you from spam but you might have other forms that allow registration (like WooCommerce “my account” page that also might have registration from WooCommerce etc)

Hi, min and max is set by person who adds task if he select flat rate and price range. Currency can be changed in WorkScout core settings
Hi, thanks for the reply. It seemed to be hard coded with regards to currency. Could you please check these two files? I manually changed the currency on the look and feel by changing it to JPY.

Am having ALOT of trouble with applications… Users aren’t able to apply for most jobs, they’re logged in and when they press apply it reverts back to the login page. Cycle begins again.
Can you please see if this is a random bug, or something happening for others. It’s really putting a dampener on the site with no being able to apply for jobs… !!!!

I’m certainly sure that you use at least 1 strong, not properly configured caching plugin.
Currently have WP-Optimise on the site. Not sure about the settings tho – you think this is the problem and i need to reconfigure the pluin?
Disable it to verify if that’s the cause.

Generally you can test other free plugins. Depending on settings they might or not cause problems, most do not.

We find your theme really interesting, but we need to make sure some features
1. Can a company have more than one profile linked to it? For example, if my manager ask me to publish a position (listing), we should both be able to access it. We couldn’t find where you can link WP users to a specific company. 1.1. If yes, is there a way to have a workflow/process between the same team members, like reviews or comments on applicants?
2. Are they any options to have automated email send to applicants or team members without using a third party plugin/service?
3. Since we will received a lot of unrelevant applications, is there a way to send an email template to all of them by selecting all the irrelevant candidates at once (bulk action)?

Yes it is coming from “WorkScout-Core – WorkScout WPJM Plugin by Purethemes ” plugin.
When you disable this plugin the workscout core avatar and extra fields disappear .
if you can let me know the hook used for your “agent-title” field we can add some more fields to the same place

To be precise we are working on payment system between freelancers and employers so if a employer post a task/job and freelancer takes it the transaction/payment between them can be processed through our theme via WooCommerce.
Will the financial treatments be specific to the administrator? While the freelancer has not fully performed his task, a report is submitted and the data is reviewed by the administrator
Not sure what you mean by ” financial treatments” but the payments will be done if the task will be marked as completed by both sides

When uses tries to apply for a role, they press apply and see modal. Then click button that says “Submit resume and apply” this goes to the submit-resume page, I want the Regiser tab to be selected here now , not the log in tab, for better UX… how can we do this?
We might address it in future updates. You might be also using old version, current form looks like this
yes we have same. click “APPLY WITH RESUME” tab at the top then you will see another button which says “submit resume and apply” On this page it is default to log in tab not register tab, causing bad UX

No, we are in fact am using the latest workscrout version but NOT Elementror, we hate Elementor as an agency, very bloated and difficult for client to use. We are using WP bakery to build the site.

You need to buy your own license for WPJM add-ons if you want to get their updates.
and there’s no option to have more than one user to one company

They are not bundled in theme update as long as there is no significant change. We are not able to estimate work and cost, we do not offer customizations sorry.

I guess you use stron caching plugin. Unlogged user should see login/register form if he try to access any dashbaord page including submit forms
But if a home owner wants to add a task say “fit a floor” would it be possible for them to visit a tasks home page not logged in look at the tasks add tasks and login/ register if they needed to?
But that’s exactly how it works now? Home page or tasks list doesn’t require login

You would need to run setup wizard. I recommend doing it on staging environment. It may not be straight forward update if you have old version of theme.
I just downloaded and installed the theme that’s on Themeforest right now, hopefully, that’s the latest version. I’m trying to install template #5. It’s not clear just how to exactly install the Freelancer template. It’s not listed under, “Templates”. I see that youjoffer a “Theme install setup service?” How can I take you up on that?

Thank you for sharing the link with me, however, I’m not “updating” i’m installing Workscout on a fresh WP. I don’t see anywhere that shows how to simply install the Demo #5 (Freelancer Market)? I’ve looked through your Docs and support site and can’t find any Youtube vids or anything that shows what I need to do in order to upload Demo #5 to look like your site.
Can you give me this information for a new, fresh install? Do I install the JSON file that ends in 95 for the Freelance Market? I’ve run the Setup Wizard a few times now, and still not getting #5 demo to install successfully for me

Are you sure you have the latest version of theme? Does it import all other pages except the Home5?
I have, 4.07 installed and it seems like all other pages are installed, however, at this point, I’m not sure if everything is installed correctly just because the homepage is not installing. I’m not getting any error messages or anything like that.

Yes that’s what I mean, then the admin holds the money until the freelancer is deliver the service and the employer approves it.
Then the freelancer can cash out his money.
