Hi! Is there a way to have certain sidebar widgets to be closed with the plus symbol rather then having them set by default to be all open just so the user can pick and choose which widget to filter down results. I’ve uploaded screenshots to make it easier to explain.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme for now, so this basically requires Custom Code.

Hello, I don’t like that with the latest update you made the first tab content (product description) inactive on mobile. You said in another comment that it improves the UX. I believe this is not the case and will lead to many people no longer reading it. Would be great if you could add this as an option with the possibility to deactivate.

Hi, I’ve make full edited in Product List Type from Template Builder, Now i have a problem in my site and need to re-install it again without export database, Now i want to export that Product List Type i was customized to import it to new site, I cannot re-customize it again because it took me a lot of work and time.

Hello, after update from 7.0.11 to 7.1,0 7.1.1 , 7.1.2 description Tab on mobile is as inactive, so clients don’t see description until they click description tab, on desktop is as Active as before update. How can I set description Tab as Active on mobile ?

Thank you for your concern. We’ve made the first tab inactive by default on mobile devices to enhance user experience, as per a feature request. When it opens by default upon page loading, it obscures other tabs on the same page in the mobile version, requiring users to scroll down to access them. Disabling it on page load improves UX by ensuring all tabs are readily accessible. I hope this explanation clarifies things.

Hello, maybe it improves UX, but i think that if clients will not see description at first sight they leave the store. They will not scroll and look for description tab to activate it. So how can i set first tab (description) active on mobile ?

How do you disable the front end editing of the header and footer?

You need to translate it into the language files of the theme, Woo; you can utilize the Loco Translate plugin for this task.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
