here is a glitch in ENFOLD theme .. this happens in the mobile view mostly … it is very irritating … For some reasons, the theme is forcing to scroll up the page whenever an anchor tag is being clicked. In this case, we would like to suggest to directly contact the theme support so they can review and advise possible workaround.
The responsible script can be found in enfold/js/avia.js file under avia_ajax_call if( $.fn.avia_smoothscroll ) { $(‘a[href*=”#”]’, container).avia_smoothscroll(container); }

TikTok icon added in May update is not correct. The icon is not the “t” you have added. It is the well-known music note. Can you change it on the next update, please?

Hi! I bought your theme for several clients. I am getting this warning (for some months now: Your theme (Enfold Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

It sounds like you modified WooCommerce template files on your Enfold child theme and those files need updating.
You can simply copy fresh files from the latest version of WooCommerce and apply your modifications to the files again in your Enfold child theme.

Please update the LayerSlider to 7.11.1. This release contains important security fixes. It was updated on 22 May. After 12 days and no update. You should be more careful with these security issues. Check more often the LayerSlider plugin.
Normally I should be able to update that plugin without the need to update the theme like other themes. The plugin should be moved to the plugin section and lets us to update it from your server. That implies having the latest version of the plugin.

I will have to delete that plugin and install another one that allows me to make updates. It’s good that I have a license to Slider Revolution, otherwise I would have had to spend more money on the plugin.
Frankly, the value of this theme is not justified. The competition offers plugins that allow you to update when the problem occurs.
I will have to give 1 star as a review, because the security of the site comes first.

I’m sorry for the delayed response.
That error occurs when the Max_upload_file_size set on your server is low. Increasing it would fix the error.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the “upload_max_filesize” and “post_max_size” values to 64M and “max_execution_time” to 300.

When I try to upload an image to my wordpress site when ENFOLD is enabled it just crashes (Apache shuts down and I need to restart apache manually)

Please try deactivating all active plugins in the WordPress admin panel > Plugins > Installed Plugins and check if that resolves the error.

Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.7.1 ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ). We’ve replaced the Twitter icon with the X icon in an update last year.

Hi, I have a BIG issue as of today. My theme and server are not communicating and the webpage is broken. It is not uploading media of any sort from the server, but the media is present on the server. Which element are you using? The Tabs element displays the full titles and doesn’t truncate them. If it does on your installation, please try deactivating all active plugins and temporarily remove all customizations you made on the theme and check if that fixes the issue.

PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “type” on null in /home/site/public_html/wp-includes/rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-templates-controller.php on line 769
Everytime we edit the homepage even just a letter – the same issue persists on the screenshots, we tested in a different hosting – same issue,
we disabled all the plugins and test – same issue.
this must be related with the theme.
How do we go about this? ty

We have enfold in use for our website the past 10 years now, we are very happy so far, this theme is very well maintained so far. We will now need to redesign our website, in order to make a good decision, if we shoukd keep on developing the site on the enfold theme, we would need to know if the enfold theme will be updated in the next 10 years also. what are your plans?

The short answer is, yes. We discontinued our older themes to use all our resources on Enfold. As a one-theme company, we’ll continue updating Enfold.
We are actively improving Enfold with frequent updates and have some great new features that will be available soon.

Please go to the Enfold theme options > Performance > JS File Compression and Merging, select the Disabled option, save changes, clear cache, and check if that takes care of the warning you’re getting.

I’ve tried all the different options in performance and nothing stopped the spam error ( 2,5 gb log of this error in some weeks ), I tried rename the dynamic_avia to another name and the spam stopped and website seems working as usual. Did I broke anything I didn’t notice? Found no errors either in php logs
