Hi team! - I have been using this theme for a while, and its great, an awesome template!
Nowadays, I am struggling with a no-showing Advanced Ads plugin advertisement, just in one placement. I am using it’s widget to add a location at first main sidebar at homepage, and for a reason that is not clear that sidebar doesn’t show any AdvancedAd banner. I have other locations at homepage and at article page, that are working well.
Can you help me with this?

Hello, When using the “No crop” for featured image and Preload featured image, the theme preloads the wrong size of the image which causes the main post image to be not preloaded, can you check this please?

We just released an update for the Jannah Speed Optimization plugin to fix this issue, go to the theme options page, then click on the “Refresh” button, then go to Jannah > Install Plugins page and update the plugin.

Though I believe there is another bug related to font, when we use “Fontface.me” then switching to “Upload custom font” the fontace font keeps loading everytime on the website which causes some issues in term of performance, is there anything you can do about it please?

Yes it’s correct, though I have noticed something regarding the preloading of featured image, as you know it’s important for performance to show images as webp, so when using a plugin to display webp images like EWWW, the theme preloads the old jpeg image instead of the showing webp image, which causes the LCE issue on google pagespead insights, can you please fix this or tell me how ?
Chrome dev console is showing this : The resource /wp-content/uploads/AADL-1.jpg was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally.
I’m sorry, another important question.You have a very cool “floating content” feature on your site (https://skr.sh/sPwkVkLeOel ), but when scrolling endlessly, it does not work. Will you be able to refine it so that this block also works with “endless scrolling”?
And another question about the same function: a block with “floating content” is very necessary in long articles with subheadings, but it is practically not used in the news. News and articles are usually posted on information sites such as mass media. Is it possible to make this function pluggable to specific catalogs/categories?

1. Unfortunately, the “floating content” and other features related to scrolling such as the Sticky sidebar are not supported while the Auto loaded posts feature is active.
2. There is no mass enable for this feature in the theme, you need to enable it manually on the posts you want.

2. Currently there is no an option like that in Jannah, you can use an advanced AD plugins such as Ad Rotate to do that

Hello, I have a few questions before making a purchase. Your theme is designed primarily for post-based content, but I also want to design pages like About Us, Contact Us, etc. Can I design such custom pages using your builder, or can I use structures like Oxygen builder to edit your theme?

The theme is already compatible with the WPBakery and Elementor or any other page builder plugins so you can use any of them to build any landing pages or posts.
But the core theme blocks are available in the TieLabs Page Builder only, so you cannot use them in 3rd party builders. and you can not use both builders on the same page.
