Been waiting over x2 weeks for support! this is unnaceptable what a disapointment

I am writing to seek your assistance with a critical issue I have encountered with the “Kallyas”. I have observed a recurring vulnerability that significantly affects the template’s usability. Whenever the template is installed on any domain, regardless of the hosting environment, it starts generating unsolicited emails continuously. This issue affects all email addresses within the domain and persists until the template is uninstalled. Notably, this problem does not occur with other templates or setups, which indicates a specific issue with the “Kallyas” This has been a persistent issue for more than three years, and despite previous attempts to resolve it through your support, the problem continues. The template’s design and functionality are exceptional, and I would prefer not to switch to another product. However, the unresolved email issue is a significant barrier. Could you please provide: Information on whether this is a known issue and if there are steps I might have overlooked that could mitigate this behavior. Any updates or patches that might have been released to address this vulnerability. Guidance on steps I can take to prevent this issue in the future. Your prompt and detailed response would be greatly appreciated as I am eager to continue using your excellent template without compromising the security and functionality of our hosting environments. hi! I have submitted a ticket for a Licensed product Kallyas Theme which is still covered under support. I submitted that ticket on February 28, 2024 and have requested a reply 3 more times since then. Today is May 2, 2024 and I have not had one reply ?? Can you respond please? it is really holding up my project. Thanks!

hi again … I’ve updated my ticket as of this morning – due to demo install issues and no support available, I’ve had to request a refund, since I need to meet client deadlines. I do have several other installs of your theme and it is really great, I just cannot delay any longer on this project. Thank you.

I hope the developer is well… I read many comments of frustration… I would still like Kallyas to be updated and improved, for me Kallyas is the best template and I have waited for KallyasX for many years… I hope the project continues.

On the other hand I feel that many do not think about what could be happening on the other side of the developer.

We are constantly providing updates to the theme. Regarding support, we did had some problems with the support platform and some of the tickets were unanswered. We have already resolved this and we are responding to all the tickets now.

We did had some problems with the support system ( basically, some tickets were opened and we saw them as being created by users without a valid support period ). We have already resolved this problem and we are now answering all open tickets, regardless of the support period being expired or not as there is no way for us to check exactly who was affected by this problem.

Hey Everyone Stefan is still taking over a week to get back to paid theme users in regards to support basically whatever issues they reckon they have fixed they havent, I’ll keep this community updated.

Hi Stefan, well let me say it’s great news you are back.
My concern was that more than 50,000 of us are tied into a proprietary page builder so when it looked like the theme had been abandoned, it’s only natural we would try to find a solution. I understand the issue around support tickets but the fact that no questions here were replied to, looked very bad.
Anyway for the moment the only issue i have and this is a really basic 1 but i cant find how to display the shop in 1 column on mobile, like is usual in all woocommerce stores. For some reason it’s showing in 2 columns, even on your theme shop demo, so the correct settings for that would be much appreciated, thanks.

We have big plans this year for Kallyas. To sumarrize, we will first make regular updates to the theme to bring it to the current coding standards. We have already started this process in the last updates. Additionally, our plan is to also release the Kallyas X version, containing the new and improved Zion Builder plugin. The only problem with this plan is that, at the moment, we do not have a solution to migrate existing websites to the new Kallyas X. This will mean that old website will still use the old builder.

Regarding your problem, would it be possible to open a support ticket at https://my.hogash.com ? If you already have an open ticket, please reply to it so It gets moved upper in the queue. We are responding to all open tickets in our platform now as we had a problem with the system and many tickets were not marked as being opened from clients with valid support.

Fantastic news all around then and we all appreciate how tricky migrations can be. I wouldn’t rule out purchasing the next X version because of that issue, although it would be nice to have a seamless upgrade. But i’ve built over 1000 websites over more than 20 years and your work on Kallyas really stands out, so i can’t wait to see the improved version.
My programmer has sorted the mobile column display issue it seems this morning, although i don’t know what he did, but thanks for assiting anyway.

TO EVERYBODY!!!! PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE KALLYAS THEME IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED!! NOBODY WILL ANSWER TO OUR QUESTION ANYMORE. I wrote to Themeforest/Envato customers support and they confirm me that the KALLYAS Theme is no longer supported. I asked them to write something on this page and to REMOVE it from selling.

I have a certain issue that despite being a long-time user of Kallyas, I can’t seem to handle. I need to open a page from another site where I have a “horizontal tabs” element with tabs labeled page1, page2, and page 3. I’ve added the following code according to the Kallyas instruction:

I’m entering the link address www.website.com/#page1 or #page2, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work, and the tabs don’t open. The link I see in the browser when switching tabs looks something like this:

How can I make this work? Perhaps someone more experienced or the support team could assist me with this. I suspect there might be something else I need to configure?

After the last update the portfolio archive option is no longer working. I select the category of portfolio but it seems as if I didn’t select any category so appears always the red error message “Please configure this element option”. What are we going to do?

Hi everyone, I have a problem on my KALLYAS theme, I have a dropdown menu created with the Page Builder Smart Area powered by Zion Builder and I have a rendering bug. I tried to republish the component, but nothing, it doesn’t work as expected. I tried to contact the support using the official ticketing system but I cannot obtain any responses

Hi Mgibo, I solved the problem by restoring an old version of the theme that I had fortunatly saved as backup . The problems with the Archive Portfolio and Blog seems to be a bug of the new version. But the support team has not responded for over a month both here and in the support section. Maybe the support for Kallyas Theme is dead?
