I am experiencing some problems with the theme. Below are the specific problems:

Course Detail Page – Buy Now Button: On the Course Detail page, when I click the “Buy Now” button, the page reloads on the first click. Only on the second click does it proceed as expected. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Payment Gateway Issue with PayPal: I am using the theme’s own plugins and add-ons for Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. While Stripe seems to work fine, the PayPal checkout displays a “Session Expired” notice, despite having live APIs set up. Could you guide me on how to fix this?

Login Issues on Mobile: The login functionality is not working properly on mobile devices most of the time. Users are facing significant difficulty logging in. Could you please provide a solution for this?

Performance Issues on Mobile: The website’s performance on mobile is quite slow, and sometimes the courses do not load at all. Could you assist in optimizing the mobile experience?

Do not purchase the Eduma theme! It has numerous issues and serious Security Concerns. If you’re planning to sell courses online, this theme can cause significant problems.

Major Issues:

Mobile Site: The mobile version is broken and unusable. Customer Service: They promise fixes but never respond. Support Forum: The support is through a private forum where solutions are hidden, forcing you to keep paying for support.

You can visite their forum, to see what others are saying, but you wont be able to read their replies. They say is for private reasons, but in fact its for others not to see each other pain.

Protect your business and avoid this theme at all costs!

I did open a ticket, but it was deleted after I provided some critical feedback. While I may not have an active ticket now, there’s an open issue on your support email that’s been pending for a long time. You acknowledged the problem was on your end and mentioned it would be resolved right away, but then communication stopped entirely.

It’s quite frustrating, if not disappointing, that you respond here daily to maintain your public image while I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for a response and solution through your support email.

If you are resolving the issue by e-mail, theres no need to keep the user on a forum. This forum its only to keep the user paying for long time support, that don´t act on the issue, but instead send confusing documentation.

Also, nothing on the supporting documentation covers the new templates. The supporting documentation for Eduma its long time outdated. Users needs to figure out what is behind Thimpress coding, otherwise their are victims of this forum that has a lot of information that users provide public, but only your responses that could help others users are private. Why, easy, to keep them paying.

I have spent a lot of hours in my project relying that this theme would be stable and secure, and now I cant make the project public beacuse of Thimpress issues.

Having trouble activating this theme because it’s tied to a old domain I am no longer using. How do I fix this?

Your website also does not allow me to open a ticket and I’m not paying $50 just to change the domain for my license. This wasn’t a issue before but now I have to go through this loophole with you to change my domain. This is causing a massive delay in my work.

Hello, is it possible to download the (new) landing pages in other ways? Unfortunately, the way you have introduced does not work.

I have the latest version of Eduma. I have deactivated the Cashing/protection plugin. Thim Elementor Kit is installed. Thim Core is installed.

And despite all this does not work :-(, it seems if it loads… Loading…, Loading… but nothing happens. Thanks for the help!

From what I understand, each student (employee in this case) must have their own account, but the employer will be the one paying for the course. I’m testing out my new site https://Ceramics.Academy and I have it set to have Admin approve Instructor before the Instructor can add any courses, however, when I sign up to test my site, I never receive any notification as the Admin or new Instructor that I’ve signed up.. so, the Admin never receives any form or notification to approve the Instructor? Also, the new Instructor never receives any notification that I just registered to the site? So, NO emails are ever received for either the Admin or Instructor. I have checked my Spam.. no notifications are in my Spam

I as the Admin went in the Admin dashboard and had to “Manually approve” the new Instructor, however, the new Instructor still never received any notification that he signed up.. also, when I logged in as the new Instructor (after Admin approved me,) where can I click to add any “New Courses”?

So, 1. Admin & New Instructor not receiving ANY notification after new Instructor signs up.

Aurelia, was able to give me code that I added to my functions.php file however, whenever I log into my site as a new test instructor, I’m still seeing the WP-Admin bar at the top of the page even though I purchased the Frontend Editor Add-On so new instructors can’t see the WO-Admin bar when they sign in to add a new course.

Can you give me the correct code to add to my ftp files so new Approved instructors ONLY SEE the Frontend Editor once they sign in after they’re approved and are adding new courses and NOT the WP-Admin bar? That’s the whole reason for me buying the Frontend Editor was to not allow new instructors or any new users the ability to access or see the WP-Admin bar.

I told you I bought this years ago and at that time it was coming with ALL LearnPress plugins and add-ons so please stop playing the BS wording with me I see you’ve changed and now you SELL some add-ons but that’s NOT PART of my original purchase with you which is a contract you cannot legally change from you side only without my prior consent. AGAIN if the add-on in question IS activated and now just refuses to update and asks for a key it’s because YOU HAVE CHANGED THIS WITHOUT me consent and I DO NOT AGREE so you have to keep the original agreement with me I’ve NEVER PAID for any updates or add-on to LearnPress or the Theme neither because it was FREE part of the deal. AND I’VE BOUGHT TWO with the same contract from you guys I also bought Course Builder. Thank you for listening and straighten my license please, thank you again.
