Hi,
I just noticed an error while doing an SEO audit of my website. Even though the 404 page is customised via the theme editor, when a user types in / clicks on an invalid URL, just the standard shopify 404 page loads up which reads “Page Not Found” and “The page you requested does not exist.”. Can you please tell me how I can sort this out so that the customised 404 page appears?
Also, on each collection page, the collection list is limited to 15, I would like to increase that to 20. I can’t find the setting for that either?

Hi. I’ve just paid for another 6 months of support as it looks like the mailchimp from action url is not working. I’ve tried to login to your support but it either gives a 404 error and won’t log me in or if I do manage to log in and try to put my purchase code in it says that the code is in use with another user. Just a update to this , adding any new section not just Parallax Banner works in in WYSIWG mode but does not show on site , this makes the theme unusable , I’m not sure what to try, Please offer some help

Thanks for the reply our support period has expired on all licences is it possible to give us a short extension so we can ask one question ? As i said before we already have bought this product three times , it seems excessive we would need to pay another $80 to ask one question. Please help
If there is question related theme settings or available in documentation we answer or shared documentation path but here you are facing issue in section that can not be answered without checking in backend.

We are a company currently working on a Shopify client website and are encountering a couple of issues that require your assistance.
Our client initially built their website with another company before we took over. Consequently, we do not have access to critical information such as the purchase code and other relevant details. This is causing difficulties in managing and troubleshooting the website effectively. Could you please guide us on how we can retrieve or revalidate this information?
The template, as shown in the demo on Envato, includes a product filter feature. However, upon inspecting the client’s website dashboard, we are unable to locate the product filter option. Additionally, Shopify support has indicated that the template does not support filters. This discrepancy leads us to believe there may be an issue with the theme installation or configuration. Could you provide assistance in resolving this problem and enabling the product filter feature?

Hi there. We use your theme which we love. Our POS which syncs with Shopify are having an API upgrade. Are you able to tell me if this affects the theme at all? Please see the info below….
What do you need to do?
You will need to stop using the 0.9 Product API by 1st June 2024, but we encourage you to stop using this API as soon as possible. Any automations or scripts you run that access the APIs will need to be updated to use /api/2.0/products or newer.
Integrators (third-party apps) will need to check whether you use these APIs and if so, will need to upgrade your codebases to later APIs to avoid your integration failing.

We are not using any API to show products in our theme. We always use shopify liquid cod to show products in different sections.

Does your theme have the functionality to display different variants of a single product as separate items? (For example, listing each color variant as separate products on product listing pages.)
Or if this feature is not available;
If we plan to add the colors of the products as separate products rather than as variants (so that more products appear on the listing page). In this case, is it possible to associate the same product with different colors on the product pages and show them as variants?

You need to create a metafield to display more colors for products.
ADD TO CART footer button of product page don’t work in your demo and in my theme! How can I remove it?

You are right but it has been fixed with main demo that we upload with main theme package. All demos are not updated so you may have seen that issue on demo store. Please download latest theme package. Or you can hide add to cart from Theme Settings -> Product Page -> Sticky Cart.
My support ticket expired, and I am overwhelmed with setting up my site again with the fresh install from 4.4 to 5.2. It took me literally over a month to do it the first time. Is there someone from Adorn Themes that I can pay to do this? I’m desperate at this point. I love the new features and especially the customization image upload as i do custom work. Please help!

It’s not that hard. You can set up new theme version just like how you set up your current version. Add new sections, edit details and follow theme settings. However still you need someone to set up new version, Please send email at info@adornthemes.com.
Hello, I hope you’re well. Am I able to add a block from an app to a product page just above the sizing? It is a shoppable video and appears as a small circle and if the customer clicks on it, it opens up into a video they can view and shop directly from. At the moment I can only place it on the left hand side at the very top of the page, or at the bottom which isn’t ideal. It looks awkward at the top of the page, and gets missed at the bottom of the page.

3 years ago I paid 300 usd to make customization, now if I want to switch on 5,0 I have to go from scratch. Thing is I had the website customized but no info about what has been changed. s there a solution beside loosing the 300$ modification or having to pay 80$ for support ?
Hi Bogz59, If you do not need new theme features then you keep continue with old theme version. If you want to use theme version 5.0 and above, you need to start fresh. We have added this note at the time theme version release.
Yes but I paid 300 usd in previous version for adorn to do modification. Thing is I have no idea what they do so beside search on each file the difference (which will take hours) I won’t be able to do it
Customize work not included in free support even you renew theme support time. You need to pay again for do customize code in new version theme. Contact us at info@adornthemes.com and give details of customize work did on your store and we will review and give quote on it.
So I need to pay again 300 usd because you did not make your new version compatible and you did not write anywhere the changes you did ?! Yuk
Customization work is not included in the theme update as each merchant has unique requirements. You have the choice to update the theme on your own. However, if you desire to customize the theme, you can hire someone to carry out the custom work every time you update the theme.
I emailed you like 4 times but don’t get an answer. There is an error in the theme and I would like to get it fixed.
1. Our images load very slow – we minimized the size so not sure how this happens. It is only the first picture that loads slow 2. The variant pictures are not shown if we select a different color – also the pictures on the left disappear after selecting a variant
