Hi, I’m interested in purchasing your theme for building an Esports Tournament website. I noticed in the demo that most tournaments appear to be structured as Team vs Team events.
My concept involves allowing players to register directly for tournaments and compete in 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 formats — essentially solo or small-team tournaments with multiple participants, not just two teams.
Could you please confirm if your theme supports solo/individual tournament registration and multi-team formats like 1v1 or 2v2?

There is no membership functionality unfortunately, however, you can use default WordPress roles and capabilities to allow restricted access to the backend of the site. In the backend users can create Matches and for more info please check this section of documentation.

The demo content of Elementor demo was made when Elementor still used sections. Right now, Elementor uses uses flexbox containers and, if you want to, you can disable it in Elementor > Settings > Features with “Container” option.

We noticed the theme hasn’t been updated since 2022. Are there any limitations that prevent us from using this theme? Are you planning to push updates in the near future?
What are the license limitations? We will be testing the theme locally for specific features, but development of the site will happen on a remote dev server, with a final push to a live server. Do you have any restrictions to the license, like do we need to include any words like dev or local to the URL in order to keep the license integrity?
Do you provide any premium / paid plugins with the theme? Which of these require extra payment to enable all the features from the demo?

When you purchase a WordPress theme, it’s important to note that you also receive a license for using the theme – and each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain. We can add a certain number of related subdomains with your main domain, but please note that only subdomains with related content. So if you have this theme installed on somedomain.com we can add related subdomains such as blog.somedomain.com or shop.somedomain.com or dev.somedomain.com, etc. The theme will work on a local installation.

The theme I’m currently using supports clan wars where members can create their own team, create matches + tournaments and write in the final score. Unfortunately it seems that the company is not around anymore and the theme is outdated. Does your theme support this kind of option? Or does the admin have to create all the teams and write in the final scores?

I am using Elementor and I am trying to edit the header spot (where we have the logo, menu, etc). In the backend, this part would probably be in the Elementor menu, in Templates > Theme Builder > Header, but it is not possible to edit as I don’t have the pro version (a lock icon appears).
Other bugs I couldn’t resolve: - I changed the logo, but this was not reflected in the frontend - When I edit any slider (slider revolution), an Ajax error appears (the Wordpress installation is clean and is only using the plugins indicated by you)

The header and footer layouts are edited through PlayerX Options, please check the documentation in this link. Content of footer and header widget areas can be adjusted in Appearance > Widgets and menus can be edited in Appearance > Menus.
As for logo, it could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

Well woo commerce datas are outdated it told me, it’s not about the plugin itself, it’s about the data. So can you do something?

As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning. If there is some kind of a glitch, you can downgrade the WooCommerce to some previous version.

Why the sliderrevolution (sliderrevolution.com) requested a lisence key, because i have imported a demo page from the template

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
