The yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation plugin is causing my website (https://estragon.be) to crash. I have this error:

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 180 seconds exceeded in /home/clients/estragonwp/prod/estragon/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/includes/widgets/class-yith-wcan-navigation-widget.php on line 651

How can I fix this issue? I am using the Porto theme with WooCommerce. Both the plugin and the theme are up to date. Best regards,

Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme from there and then re-register the theme with the same purchase code.

After that please navigate to Appearance >> Themes and update the theme first.

Then please navigate to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugins from there one by one.

It should solve your issue.

IS A PROBLEM. because then for moviles google can’t crawl the content because is hidden. Then the indexing will decrease.

Thank you for your concern. We’ve made the first tab inactive by default on mobile devices to enhance user experience, as per a feature request. When it opens by default upon page loading, it obscures other tabs on the same page in the mobile version, requiring users to scroll down to access them. Disabling it on page load improves UX by ensuring all tabs are readily accessible. I hope this explanation clarifies things.

But if you still want it to open by default when the page loads, then please navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Skins >> Custom JS >> Paste the below code there as you can see in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/qtszwjBr

Then save settings and check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache.

We kindly suggest you to use “Porto Posts Grid” element instead “Porto Portfolio Carousel” as that element is deprecated.

Somehow, when using the Template Builder for products in WooCommerce, products without prices are shown with Zero. I wish them to be shown as “more Details” instead, and in the single product too.

Hello! I hope you are doing great.

I want to notify you a minor bug in one of your theme demo. I have installed this demo for my site ( https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop35-soft/ ) still in development and testing phase.

I want to turn off the currency and language. From theme settings when I turns off both currency and language and refresh the frontend, language disappears but currency menu still display there. I have also reset the section but still the currency appears on frontend top menu.

Kindly check it at your end.

Let me answer your question “The question is why it is not switching off when I have switched it off in theme options.”. Porto Theme provides “Customizer Header Builder” as well as “Templates Header Builder”. Once you use the Templates Header Builder, some of the header theme options do not work and are overridden by the options in the Templates Header Builder. I hope it clears up now.

Now regarding the alignment issue, you can align them by setting margin/padding options. See Image: https://ibb.co/m5Xhtn1
