Hi, thank you. I’m playing around with the demo, and I see how in a grid how I can show Posts, I can show by categories and tags, and I can sort by things like Comments or Custom Fields… but I do not see where I can show posts based on Views. Am I missing something? Thank you!!

Install the Post Views Counter plugin from Impreza > Addons. After this, you’ll see Order options based on the views count in the Grid’s General settings tab.

I have several Impreza licences (because it’s fabulous!!) and have just installed Advanced Custom Fields Pro from the addons. The plugin says it is the ‘pro’ version but some of the things I need to do are not available and it tells me that it’s ‘pro only’. I’m only allowed to use a single image for a field type but I need a gallery.
Can you tell me how to get this working please.

Currently I can’t use gallery, repeater, flexible content and clone in field type but that’s all I’ve tried to use so far.
Unfortunately, I still can’t replicate the issue in our testing environment. Please check if you have a regular version of the ACF plugin installed along with ACF PRO. If you do, remove the regular one.
I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled from addons and now all those options are available so something’s fixed it. Thanks for your help.
When trying to install the Add-On – Advanced Custom Fields PRO. It doesn’t work and an error message saying: ‘An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again’ appears – i refreshed etc, still says the same? Any idea why?

We never tested this plugin with Impreza. We recommend using the bundled Advanced Custom Fields plugin, as a lot of its functions are implemented in theme elements.

The mobile dropdown of theTechnical Magazine theme Impreza is malfunctioning. On tapping the mobile menu, the theme showed a vertical narrow unreadable strip Whereas in the demo version , the mobile dropdown showed full cover of the menu. Please fix.

Please check if you’re using custom CSS or third-party plugins that might affect this behavior.
If there’s any custom CSS at Theme Options > Custom Code or inside the Child theme CSS (if you use it), remove it for testing purposes and check if it resolves the issue.
Also, try deactivating all plugins except the Upsolution Core and check if it resolves the issue. If it does, activate plugins one by one to find which one causes the issue.

I would certainly recommend to add more demos which are more suitable for corporate websites branding styles. And more e commerce demos suitable for like departmental stores selling all sort of groceries, vegetable shops, or even a multipurpose shop, computer hardware, digital services like software subscriptions etc. I use a lot of different themes in my projects. Yours is really good. Adding more demos with domain specific navigation and ready made pages would be of great value.

To create tickets, you need access to an account with an active support license. When you purchase an Impreza license on Themeforest, you get 6 months of support by default or 12 months for the option with extended support. Once support time is over, you need to Renew Support for an additional 6 months of access to create tickets.
I don’t want to create a ticket, but on your website, there is no other way to communicate with support.
The theme was purchased by the original developer of this website. I can’t renew support because I don’t own it and I can’t ask him to search the help forms every time I have an issue. So I want to be able to access the help articles on the support forums.
Help articles are open. You don’t need to log in to read them.
The knowledge base only covers basic setup, there is no access to Public Support Tickets. Which gives me this: Access is forbidden You don’t have permissions to see this page.
Ask your client to share their login and password for the Support Portal. Logged-in visitors should be able to view public tickets.

Please check relevant plugins and possible reasons for the issue: 1) try clearing the site cache / CDN cache / plugins cache 2) child theme customizations (switch to the main theme to test) 3) custom code added via 3rd-party plugins (test by disabling, if any are used).

It seems to be the caching issue. If you use plugins for caching and a CDN cache, clear all the cache and check if you can replicate the issue after.

In the wordpress media section, I am able to add title, caption and description. Is there a way for me to add title and description to the image attributes? Also is there a way for me to add a figure around the image tag and add figcaption using the caption I add?

This deep customization is not available out of the box. However, using relevant settings, you can add a title and description to the image on the front end. Check the example at the bottom of the example page.
