Hello. Pre-buy Question: Awesome Theme. Where does the User Account page come from? Do I need to use BuddyPress or is it coming from WooCommerce? I’m only interested in allowing users to Bookmark items in general. However, I also have high hopes that I can incorporate the basic function of the account with a WooComm based Listing plugin for easy management.

Any new post I create is not showing up. I’ve deleted the cache, turn off the “Enable Cache Query”, optimized, tried different browsers, yet the posts do not show up. If I go directly to the post either from the Admin side or URL, it shows. I cannot create a thread in your forum because my support has expired.

Looks like a solid theme and well done with the demos. I have some pre sales questions and would appreciate if you can provide clarity.
1. Does it have a auto import function through youtube? For example i want to import videos from multiple youtube channels and it should sync once in 24 hours. If not then any 3rd party plugin which is recommended by you guys would be helpful.
2. Does it support auto RSS feed? For example i want to setup rss feed from multiple websites where it will just fetch the latest news and auto publish it through AI. I mean the content and heading would be changed by AI before publishing to avoid duplicates.
3. Does it support Wasabi storage? reason for asking is that WP site might not be able to provide storage in TBs so maybe videos can be stored some where else rather than on the main server.
I am open to the option of custom development if you guys are interested and the above three are a must have for me before making a purchase.

thanks for your interest in our theme, for youtube videos you can display YouTube videos with our theme but unfortunately we don’t have an option for importing the YouTube video
our theme has the RSS feed feature, but unfortunately, we don’t have the option to fetch the latest content and publish it through AI
we haven’t tested the wasabi storage yet, but you can put the video somewhere else and attache the video URL to our video post format

In Feb 2023 I reached out to Jegtheme regarding an error that shows when trying to donate to an author. The error is “This organization’s page is broken”. They sent me to PayPal. PayPal sent me back to them. Over 1 year later and I still can’t use this feature. Frustrating. Both sides have failed to help. I have followed all the documentation over and over. Checked and re-checked settings in JNews and Paypal. And still keep getting the error. Others have too but they keep pointing to the documentation. No resolution.

thanks for using JNews, Users need to be login first to be able to checkout, so if the users are not logged in yet and they click the subscribe button the login pop-up will appear, but if the user already logged in and they click the subscribe button they will directly redirect to the checkout page
if you want to change the text on the login pop-up, please go to Dashboard > JNews Dashboard > Install Plugins > Install and Activate JNews – Frontend Translation
after you activate the frontend translation, you can change the text from Dashboard > JNews Dashboard > Plugin > Frontend Translation > Search for “Purchased” or the word that you want to change

Can you fix this block (38) so that it doesn’t generate an error when there is no featured image? Many news sites do not use images. This block is very interesting because it shows categories, but requires an image. This shouldn’t be the case, because when there is no image it generates an error message visible to everyone.

Just want to say what an amazing theme, I moved away from newspaper 12 and it’s the best decision ever.
I just have one question please….
If you make it so people can buy credits to post and add it in the shop, the button to submit a post disappear out of the account section which is confusing….
1. Where do they find the submit a post button once they purchased credits?
2. Where is the best place to place a button to let them know they can buy credits to post?
Would it not make sense … if they have no credits for the button in there account to say buy credits to post… and if they do have credits it says submit a post like it does when it’s free to post.
Hope this makes sense, I can post images of need be.
Once again, awesome theme and I will be buying more licenses.

Thanks for your appreciation, after purchasing the credit to submit the post, the submit post button will appear on this URL https://yourdomain.com/account/my-post/ to make it easier to access the URL you can add login element to the header, you can add it from Dashboard > Appearance > customize > JNews : Header Option at the bottom of the screen will appear header builder section you can add the login element there, please check the screenshot below.

After you add the login element to the header, on the header will appear the account toggle, when you hover, it will show a dropdown and link to the My Account.

On the sidebar of the My Account page the submit post button will appear if the user already purchased the submit post package.
To place a button to let users know they can buy credit, first, you can create a new product from Dashboard > Products > add New > Select Post Package for the product data.
After you create the product you can add a post package element from WP Bakery or Elementor to a page where you want to show that users can buy credit to submit a post.

I understand where to add it all and how to do it, I was just wondering if the Buy Post Package could sit, I was thinking where the Submit Post button does, once they buy credits it then changes to submit post….....
If this is not possible, are we able to add a link to the account menu to buy post credits so they can see it easily and it takes them to the page I created to purchase them.

My server is experiencing spikes in resource consumption, such as CPU and RAM. the main issue identified was the Jnews Count preview feature, which consumes a lot of server resources. Is there any way to fix this problem?

thanks for reaching us, A lot of factors can increase the load on a server, including CPU and RAM spikes. Our view counter feature in the Jnews theme updates only when a post is visited. If it is consuming a lot of resources, it may indicate that your posts are receiving a significant amount of traffic.
To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest the following steps:
Check for Normal vs. Abnormal Traffic: Review your server access logs to determine if the traffic is normal or if there might be a potential DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. Look for any unusual spikes or patterns in traffic that occur simultaneously.
Temporary Disable the View Counter: As a diagnostic step, try disabling the Jnews view counter feature temporarily. Monitor your server’s resource usage to see if the load remains high without this feature enabled.

Good morning! I have been deeply analyzing your theme, but it always presents errors. After analyzing a scaled project, I would like to know if you have any modules for selling news block puglins that can be integrated with another theme.
For example, one of the themes and systems that is 100% functional is the theme brisk, but they do not have news blocks.
I found WP Post Modules for NewsPaper and Magazine Layouts (Elementor Addon) v2.5.0, but WP post modules have some limitations.
Analyzing one of our projects, I realized that combining the resources needed to build something personalized for an exclusive and personalized news portal and adding other functionality, the brisk theme is good.
When are you actually going to launch a post module puglin with all the blocks you have?
