I have purchased a theme from highest rating company from Themeforest but after installing it my bandwidth starts increasing rapidly (10GB/Day). Whenever I uninstalled it bandwidth goes to its regular increase. I know it directly related to the visitors but the theme having technical issue. I just wanted to clear that if there is any problem something like this with your theme?
2. I read several comments here that your logo of 7 at header cannot be removed, is it true?

1. The theme doesn’t have negative impact on a bandwidth. But you need to make sure you don’t use huge files (for example, large videos). Recheck the number of visitors as well as crawler bots. And also make sure it’s not a matter of analytics tools, ads, etc.

1. Everything you see on our demos can be achieved without any coding. Most probably, the users from comments wanted to achieve something beyond the layouts illustrated on our demos. Nevertheless, if these are small CSS tweaks, our support is always glad to assist with this. But, in general, you don’t need any coding skills in order to use The7.
2. Header and Footers, built by means of Elementor + The7 widgets, are extremely flexible. And you can build almost any layouts this way. But everything on the Erath has its limits, of course If you provide a specific example of a header or footer you’d like to build, I can tell you if it’s achievable.

Also note that the report refers to a theoretical vulnerability. It could only be “exploited” by someone who already has admin access. Essentially, it would mean an admin hacking their own website

In all new updates of the 7.7.1 update, the Safe function does not respond. I had to install an older function. “Cannot read properties of undefined ( reading ‘save’) file: backend.min.js?ver=7.7.1 All updates (any website) has the same problem. All other plugins de-activated to check for any conflicts. Restoring previous version 7.6 fixed the problem.

Thank you for your comment. However, my experiance is different. When I check the latest version of WPBakery without The7 theme, the edited fields can be safed. Themes that work for example: OceanWp theme, Nirvana theme, Real Places theme, Squaretype… The link you have shared does not show a theme that has been used as far I can see. In the websites I use the The7 Theme the bug does occur. So maybe there is some conflict.
Hello! We have rechecked it multiple times. The issue happens with the standard WP theme as well. Are you sure you have tested it with the “Text Block” widget and without any caching? Many other widgets work fine.
Moreover, as you can see from the comments section – they are written by users who purchased the plugin directly. Bundled copy users don’t have the “purchased” badge.
Anyway, our developers are checking whether we can assist with this at our end somehow.
