I have “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro” plugin installed, for dual colors.
I wrote to the plugin manufacturer and they replied “Unfortunately, your theme overwrites the widget. The issue is happening for the theme.
I have tested it with the Storefront and the feature was working well with the Storefront theme.”

Hello, I have issues installing Business Consulting 5 Demo caused by missing plugin- Alpus Nested Slider. When I tried to install the plugin via “Plugin Steps” the process goes without errors, but the plugin is still missing. I wrote to your support about this issue but when I want to check the ticket/request your support system returns an error “You have an unverified email” despite I did verify my email. So my 2 questions are:

And about the issue, please deregister the license of the theme from Porto >> Theme License and then again register the theme with the same purchase code.

This theme by default is coming with H2 for main tittle products and H1 for the upper bread cums.

If you are using the Child theme on your site with Customization Code, please try to activate the Parent theme on your site and check back again.

Yes I know about these pages. Some of the porto elements have unique configurations. Not every option easily understood.There used to be in the older versions of the demo themes with pages that contained each of the elements in active samples.
Today you have links back to the porto website. Can you tell me the version number that contains active pages with elements. I have versions back to 3.6.4

ADD TO CART CONFIRMATION in shop. Hey, The modal with “Item added to cart” confirmation i can set up in options (screenshot) is only active from “Post grid” type of section. Have a ?. Demo 35 menus. The demo uses top, main menu and secondary menus. I want to create a custom menu for one specific page replacing the secondary menu with a new custom one.
I created a new header with builder, copied the demo custom header. Tried to change menu settings to assign new menu location. The new menu option was not available in the menu location list, only main, secondary, main toggle menu and top nav.
How do you assign location for a custom menu in theme header builder?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, that “navigation menu” element only provide 4 possible menu’s to choose from.
