Hello! I just wanted to know if there’s any other recommendations for cache and optimization. We just did a new installation on a project site and the AO optimizer plugin was critically conflicting with the site frontend display and customization. We can’t use it. thank you!

I am writing to request urgent assistance with activating two licenses I recently purchased. Despite my attempts, I am unable to use these licenses in the support center or synchronize them by adding my purchase keys. Consequently, my websites remain unactivated and are not displayed in the support center.

Please first update the Phlox theme and the Phlox Core Elements, then head over to the ?Contact Forms? menu, select your contact form, and from the ?Theme Settings? menu, check the ?Don’t add line breaks and paragraphs automatically.? option. I bought the Phlox Pro theme yesterday (June 18) . After importing the demo content, I noticed that Elementor works only if I disable the Phlox Core Elements plugin.

I have raised 2 support tickets since yesterday and all I have received is a generic link to the documentation.

I need this issue to be addressed ASAP, I m not able to start until this is fixed.

If you can’t fix the issue, pleas issue a refund, so that I can buy some other theme.

Thank you for the confirmation and apologies if this is the case.. I will double-check again as I seem not to have any updates as my build is 5.16.0. Can you please confirm what is the latest build of your theme and also the location of the changelog I can’t seem to find it either on this site or the themeforest zip source file.

I can see WordPress Phlox Core Elements plugin <= 2.15.7 has been patched however the other critical WordPress Shortcodes and extra features for Phlox theme plugin <= 2.15.2 – Authenticated (Subscriber+) says it hasn’t been patched on patchstack.

Can you please advise where in the docs it explains how to export a full demo page and not just a section?

There’s serious issues with loss of styling etc when you use export / import so wanted to try importing the whole page to see if it’s any better.

And unfortunately, at the moment, there is no feature to export the whole page.

1. Is it possible to make a one-page site with ancors? (or I missed demo?)

2. Why i cannot change demo in WP Bakery page builder (message: “This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area.” – how can i find this “content area”)?

1. I’ve found landing demo. But there’s a header disappearing while scrolling down: i have to back to the top of the page to go to another part of the page?

3. I cannot create an one-page site because there no blocks with popup windows (text+picture) – i have to stay on one page. Am i right?

Hi. All of the Phlox demos are built with the Elementor and can not be edited by another page builder. All the dmeos built with Elementor and we recommend stick with that if you want to use WP Bakery you can use it too but you cannot use the demos and you need to creat your site from scratch
