In regards to your question here, unfortunately as for now we do not have an option to upgrade from Woffice V5 to the Agency version. As for now what you can do is separately purchase the Agency version license.

Hello. We have 2 clients using your theme for their intranet. On both, the employee anniversary isn’t displaying anything.
Never mind. I figure out that the Anniversary date needs to be added to the first screen of the profile. Not added manually in the Extended Profile like I had it.

We have some pre-sale questions that we would like to resolve. The main feature of the intranet we would like to build is that it will have users with different Wordpress roles. Therefore, many of the functionalities must be adapted to this scenario. Regarding this, we would like to ask some questions:
• Is there a possibility to create calendars based on user roles? The idea is that each role has its calendar, but there are also events that are for all users at the same time. Is there a possibility to generate events and choose which users they target, so that they are shown in the corresponding calendar?
• Can calendars be synced with Google Calendar?
• Is it possible to change the appearance of the Dashboard depending on the user role? For example, create specific menus or change widgets for each role?
• Are the other elements, such as Wikis, segmentable in roles or groups?

In regards to your question here, the V6 theme has similar features to the V5 theme that you have purchased. The V6 theme however does not have features from V5 such as the Wiki and Directory functionality.

But I didn’t receive a ticket number, I just got a reply saying that you’ve notified the development team about it so they can investigate and provide a fix in an update and there wasn’t any mention of when we might expect a resolution.

Hello. I’m having trouble with Woffice Updating within Wordpress. I’ve already switched this on: Enable Woffice Updater. But, then I get e-mail notices that there’s an update, but in WP no option to update. I have to do it manually.

Hello. I noticed on your website you offer version 6 of the theme, whereas here, on Themeforest you sell version 5. What are the differences besides the pricing and for how long are you planning to keep the Themeforest version going? I want to avoid the situation for my client when I build an intranet based on the TF theme and then WOffice all of a sudden leaves TF. Thank you!

In regards to your questions here:
- The difference between version 6 in our site and that one in Themeforest is that Version 6 does not contain all components such as Wiki and Directory but the package in Themeforest does contain these components. The package in our website does also include our premium addons depending on the package that you purchase and a 1 Year Support period. The Themeforest package on the other hand does not contain our premium addons during purchase and the default support period is 6 months unless extended for 12 months at an extra cost.
- As for now we intend to keep both versions going, and we will also be maintaining them, so no worries. You can also opt to purchase either of them depending on your specific needs.

In regards to your query here, those warnings are rendered if you happen to import the demo prior to enabling particular post types. In your case here, it seems that you had not installed the WooCommerce plugin and Woffice CRM plugin(Premium).
