is there an option to setup doctors schedule / sessions by date and monthly basis ?
You can set up day-wise availability and also specify unavailable dates. If needed, we can customize the setup accordingly for that please contact our sales team.
I am ready to purchase the system now, but I need to confirm if it allows setting doctors’ schedules by date for a whole month. Our doctors have different schedules every week. For example, one doctor might have a morning shift from 8 AM to 12 PM this Thursday, but next Thursday, their shift is from 8 AM to 10 AM, and the Thursday after that, it’s from 8 AM to 11 AM. Can the system handle these kinds of weekly variations in scheduling?

In my case there are 2 or 3 doctors offering a service. Can the customer just book a service, without seeing or selecting a doctor? Meaning, the system will automatically book an appointment with the first available doctor, for the service that the customer selected.

Looks like the issue is related to SMTP. Please make sure that SMTP is enabled on your server and try again. If you still face any problems please let us know.
I purchased the theme but telemedicine options are not visible in clinic admin section. I’ve installed all the plugins came with template and they are enabled but still no option for enabling telemedicine for a doctor while creating the profile.
In KiviCare, we have to deprecated Zoom JWT and added a Zoom OAuth application. so In this setup, the clinic admin cannot configure Zoom for the doctor. Instead, the doctor must log in and authenticate themselves.

Please be aware that the KiviCare dashboard is built with VueJS, and the source code is not included in the regular version.
To modify the textarea in the encounter dashboard, customization is necessary. If you want to change the “patient encounter” text, you can use a third-party translation plugin like Loco Translate: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

Hello. I had a few questions before purchasing your theme. First of all, I tested your theme on the site of a friend of mine who bought it from you. 1. I couldn’t run the doctors module in your Elementor plugin. Filtering appears, but the list of doctors below is not displayed. This process can only be done through the team members module, but appointments cannot be made directly from doctors there. In your demos, only your team members module was used on the home page. If I’m making a mistake, can you show the doctors module to your demo page? 2. On the appointment page, patients cannot choose a telemed or clinic appointment. 3. Doctors cannot create telemed appointments and clinic appointments for the same service

For the second and third queries, according to the current flow, the doctor needs to create separate services for telemedicine and clinic appointments services so Patients can then book these services as either telemedicine or clinic appointment services.

-> We understand your concerns. However, when patients book an appointment and pay using a woocommerce payment, we have to add that service as a woocommerce product to make the payment. We have added a code that will filter the products on the list and exclude the kivicare services from the list.

Most clients are very old and wouldn’t know how to copy that ink and paste it on a browser. i have another question, in the Encounters page the Problems and Observations sections doesn’t have the “add” option to add information. It says Empty List. How can I solve this?

Hello, if a customer is registered and doesn’t know it and tries to schedule an appoinment on the appointment module, it won’t show a message that that email is already registered. That’s very important. How can we fix that?
If a user is already registered and attempts to register again using the same email, a message will appear as shown in the attached screenshot. If there has been any misunderstanding, please feel free to let us know.

Hello guys, how can I change the text on the appointment screen where it says Pay Later and Woocommerce? I want to disable the Pay LAter option and change the Woocommerce name to something custom
You can change the text ‘Pay Later’ and ‘WooCommerce’ using any third-party translation plugin like the loco translate: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
To disable the Pay Later option go to Settings -> Payment -> Local Payment.
Is it possible for the doctor to message the clients within the plugin. I have the plugin but dont see. Or even if it is possible to when they sign up to send them a welcome message for example?
