Dear sir/madame,

I was expecting more of this theme seen the relatively high price in comparison to other teams. The components that are in the WP bakery are not really flexible and lack options. The slider is limited and other components are not really mature either.

Via this way I would like to opt for a refund.

Hi, your theme looks good, but installation experience so far is unpleasant. My company purchased through their account and we keep getting this error while installing required plugins:

This is really frustrating. We do not want a dropbox link to download and install.

Can you please fix the certificate issue so that installation is smooth.

Horrendous theme so far, you advertised that this did not require third party plugins, unlike other themese that clearly disclosed they require elementor or similar… This app requires WPbakery builder which I’m not happy about!

Secondly, none of your external apps, that we require to do demo site work… they all say error!

Hi there, having an issue with the OT Counter block. When I change the Icon, the icon appears as a foward slash rather than the Icon because the class name is incorrect. the class name shoud be fa fa then the icon name but it’s appearing as fas fa, and the icon isn’t appearing correctly. Please advise ASAP.

Avoid this theme, looks nice but options are lacking on some of the most important features. Theme author helped previous clients but told us to use a plugin to add features that should have been included. Spend your money elsewhere, we sure will!
