How do I extend or purchase additional support for an expired site? The Vault theme was activated on this site and when the theme was updated it caused a critical error saying that UI Core Framework and Element Pak Pro failed to load – which had to be deactivated to get back into the dashboard. Since the newest Elementor update, there is a bug that when updating a page and publishing it – the content fails to show up on the page. You have to empty the Theme cache and regenerate the files every single time to see the content.
Hi, this could be related to elements caching. Go to Elementor – Settings – Features and disable Elements Caching.

2. Go to Elementor – Settings – Features and disable Elements Caching.
3. Go to Theme Options and Save.
4. Go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS.
5. Purge any cache if available.

Hello, please enable debug in Theme Options – System, edit the page again, then check the debug log in Theme Options – Debug. Most of the times it’s caused by insufficient memory, but the log should display all the errors.

Hello! I have a few landing pages on my domain I want to keep. Would you recommend downloading them as json files, and doing a clean install of wordpress before I install this theme for the first time?
Hello, downloading the JSON file will only save the page content, but the images will be lost after the fresh installation. Also, keep in mind that the landing pages might not look the same after installing this theme, because the global styles will most likely affect some of the widgets.
We recommend moving the landing pages to a separate subfolder, and installing the theme on the main domain. You can use the Duplicator plugin to move the content: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

About the font in the logo, we only got the outlined file from the designer, so we don’t know it either.
For inserting a heading widget you can use Elementor, but the question needs to be a bit more specific so the bot can understand the context.

Hello, the top banner is disabled on mobile by default because in most cases the content won’t fit nicely. You can try adding this to Theme Options – Custom CSS, but depending on your content, there might be other adjustments needed:

The latest Vault update seems to have broken the CSS to render ordered and unordered lists correctly. In file “uicore-global.css”, the code “ol[class],ul[class] {list-style: none}” is now taking precedence and turning “list-style-type” to none (which removes numbers for ordered lists, and bullet points for unordered lists).
Is this a known bug?

Hi, i migrated my website on the Vault theme ( 2times in 2 different ways ) but it seams that i have a problem with my homepage. i can’t make updates to the homepage. it keeps loading… and than it flips back to update.

great Theme, we love it! Unfortunately the Google Font Source Sans Pro doesn’t load anymore. This is because Google changed the fonts name to Source Sans 3 https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Source+Sans+3?query=Source+sans Can you please update this in the typography selection of the theme? The list there currently only shows Source Sans Pro which doesn’t load anymore but the drop down / search doesn’t show Source Sans 3 yet.Thank you!
