Dear support, we’ve installed the DFD Native theme back in 2017 and are running version 1.5.3. I don’t know what version is currently the newest as I’ve not been able to find this information anywhere.
We are not in possession of a key as it was way back in the days and it was set up by a coworker prior to me.
Are you able to help me get a newer version of the theme somehow?

The latest version of the theme is 1.6.97. Unfortunately, without the purchase code you will not be able to use the new version, as it must be activated with this purchase code. You need to find the person who bought the theme and take the purchase code. Otherwise, you will have to buy a new license.

Hello team, I need some little support from you about Lightbox. The template and all on it are fantastic but Lightbox on mobile devices is not showing good. Controls on theme options regarding lightbox are limited. Could you tell me how I can remove it from mobile devise or how to modify for mobile only? For example, image to appear on full screen and this title to not showing. Or can I remove this lightbox and use another one? It will be a good idea in feature theme update to add option for Disable/Enable. I will wait for your advice. Thank you in advance.

You can’t really disable it as an option. We have had some customers use third-party Lightbox plugins, but we haven’t tested it. Create a ticket here and we’ll see what we can do.

Dear Team I Had an issue with the authorization code and it’s resolved, but reappeared now even for the previously authenticated domains Kindly note that i acknowledged that the licenses for 1 site but we need 4 to 5 sub environment for each theme installation ( development , UAT , DEMO, etc..)

Hello, I have purchased this theme long ago I lost the domain, so I’m using on a different domain. I register it on the domain https://imgur.com/a/UFbpzl7 then I rest the theme now its showing only one domain where as I had activated it sometime ago for the same domain https://imgur.com/PcdIArc .

hello , i am stuck in a problem i am trying to activate my theme but it is saying “Please enter a valid code
Reminder! One registration per Website. If registered elsewhere please deactivate that registration first.” i have checked product key multiple times and there is no mistake in it and i don’t remember that i have activated this theme elsewhere. now how may i know that what is the problem in my case my product key is expired or what ? or my theme is activated on any other website ? if anyone can help me in this case i am very stressed due to this i have very low budget and now stucked in this problem.

Unable to use the theme after performing a reinstallation of wordrpess. I have 2 licenses and when going to your website to create a support account and ticket or contact you the website is not working when registering.
