Hello. After updating The7 theme for WpBakery to Version: 11.14.1, the carousels have an error: the arrows do not display correctly. Instead, a single box appears positioned to the left under the carousel without icons. This error is recurring in all my developments, indicating it’s a bug in your update. The error repeats in the “by Dream-Theme” blog, products, testimonials carousel, and possibly others. When I tried to reconfigure it in carousel settings for testing, I noticed that the list of predefined icons also does not display correctly. After several tests, the problem is that the default icon package of your theme, until this update, does not load correctly, causing the arrows to be misconfigured in position and appearance. On the Icon Fonts Manager page, all icon packages in my installation are displayed correctly. I urgently need you to escalate this error to the appropriate department so they can release a corrected update, as this is not an exclusive error in my installation and I will not be opening a ticket. Please resolve this issue as it is unfeasible to have to manually reconfigure all the icons for each carousel in all my developments. Thank you.

I am afraid there is no automatic convertor from WPBakery to Elementor, and it doesn’t depend on a theme. I would recommend creating a staging copy of your website and proceed the update there.

Hello, How do you disable sidebar on a global level? We’d like to switch some sites to your theme but do not want to go through the hassle of needing to edit every single page/post to disable the sidebar. Can this be done globally? It should be in the theme settings but I do not see it there.

We are not. We are using WPBakery page builder.
I looked at the link provided. That is a workaround but there should be a way to globally turn them off so they don’t need to be disabled on all new pages as well. This is the first theme I’ve come across that doesn’t have that global option :/ Is there a plan to add it on a future update?

I was using the code without any issues, testing it on my website. I bought another code for a different website. Now I’m getting the error: “Theme was remotely de-registered because the current purchase code is registered for another domain. Confused with numerous licenses and websites? Manage them here. You can buy another theme copy here.”
What happened here? Did you block me so I would have to buy another code? This is not fair.
