Thank you for this awesome theme. Unfortunately i ran into a little problem and i need your help. I purchased the Ronneby theme on 22 Mar 2024 and i had it working beautifully on my website as i was designing to launch the website soon… well i had a major web hosting issue happened that made me have to swicth to a brand new hosting company and i lost everything. I kept my domain name but it won’t let me reactivate the theme because it says it’s still attached to old website (even tho the website is completely gone off the old hosting site and there is no trace of it anywhere…. yet it still won’t let me activate it on a brand new wordpress. PLEASE HELP! I have tried everything and paid around $79 CDN on it and i have been without a website for a few months trying to solve this issue. I need it to look for employment. Please help.

Good morning, I downloaded version 3.5.60 of the DFD Ronneby theme on a WordPress site that had a previous version of the theme installed. With the new version, the site crashes and does not support the theme. What could be causing the problem?

You have PHP version 8.2 or higher installed. The theme is not yet fully compatible with these versions. I recommend installing PHP version 8.1. Our specialists are working on full version compatibility. And as soon as everything is ready, a corresponding update will be released.

Hi, I can’t my single item portfolio page to work like this demo https://rnbtheme.com/eighth/my-product/nibh-euismod/ I selected the same options from documentation, but it won’t style the same way. I have the ACF plugin activate but it doesn’t work on portfolio variant 1. It does for variant 2, but I don’t want the gray background or decoration behind the info field on the left. What is the developer name for the ACF plugin? Cause the one I’m using doesn’t look like docs and that plugin is not in the folder when I just downloaded another theme file zip copy today. To avoid the gray background, you need to select portfolio option 1. But here’s why the ACF plugin doesn’t work – you need to look. Create a header here indicating the parameters for logging into the site’s admin panel and I’ll check what’s wrong.

Hello, on blog posts, there are three lines in the top right of blog posts that we cant seem to figure out how to disable (see outlined in red here: https://i.sstatic.net/yrmuXjK0.png). I am working to recreate [this 2022 website](http://yss2022.epidemictoemotion.org) on this [new 2024 website](http://yss2024.epidemictoemotion.org).
With the updated theme options, I have two questions:
(1) I cannot find where to put the background image on the left hand side (the sunset/tree on the 2022 page)
(2) Nothing changes when I change the heading styles (both sites are using Header 5; I cant seem to get the “box” effect of the 2022 website on the 2024 website).
Could you please advise on how to add a background photo behind the left menu, and how to change the header 5 settings for the box effect?

Seems to be a bug with changing color of subtitle headline in stunning header. Doesn’t get applied. Also, do you have a guide on how to center coloumns in the footer if we change the footer from having 4 columns to 3?

Alright, thank you. I think there are few things that can be made more user friendly. For example in contact page, how do I change the the name of the titles of the contact block. “Phone”, “Address” etc. I can easily change the phone number but how can I change “Phone” from the title? Same with contact form, how do I change the dfd contact form fields? These things should be easy
In DFD Contact Form, all fields are customizable. This can be done in the Field Editor tab of the shortcode itself.
Unfortunately, in the Contact Block shortcode, the field names cannot be changed – this can be done in the theme files. This shortcode was supposed to be removed, but since many users have started using it, we cannot delete it now.
