Hi, I have a pre-purchase question.
We want to use this plugin for an apartment rental platform, but guests should also be able to either add a car to their rental period (as add-on), or rent a car only, without booking an apartment.
Is something like this possible? Being able to book items / objects individually and / or together?
Just to be clear… I should be able to rent Apartment A with Car X, but also rent Car X alone if it’s available.

As well, the majority of the boats shall be rented per day or per hour, not per night. Is it possible to select the check-in and check-out day in the same day? Say like check in 12th August-check out 12th August and to calculate the price for a day? Does the booking system have the possibility to lock a specific date on the calendar when the boat is not available?
For hourly rentals, I understand that it is possible to set a minimum number of hours, but would it also be possible to set a maximum?

—> This is not a feature we support. The booking 24 hours are between 12 – 12 (midnight) and so 1 day will also mean a night between. —> Also hourly or per night are options set in submission. In single page there is no option to rent by night or by hour.

Thank you very much for your answer. So should I understand that the user cannot select the same day for check-in and check-out? It would create some confusion, as if he selects 2 dates, he will understand that he is renting for 2 days. How can that be made possible? I have seen that in the demos it is possible to select the same date for the check-in and check-out.
As well, would it be possible to lock specific dates from being booked from the backend? For example, if a boat cannot be booked on the 2nd of August because of some reasons, can date date be blocked to prevent a booking?
For the instant booking option, I understand that the user doesn’t have to login first, but will he have to do it after the payment?

I want to use your them to build a Space Sharing platform where people can essentially make money sharing their extra space.. driveway, garage, yard space, backyard, and they would be able to rent by the hour, day, week, etc.. would I be able to use this theme for that? If so, which of the demos would you recommend using where it wouldn’t be such a stretch to adapt to allow for booking spaces instead of booking rooms? I’m thinking, the Office & Event space demo unless you think a different demo would be more suitable? I really like Paphos Rental one myself.. but, if that would be to difficult to update and make the verbiage allow for renting spaces.. i’m open to whichever one you would recommend!

In office demo you can test the option to add a price by day or hour, but there is no price per week. Only preferential price per night for 7 nights (and 7 can be made a different number).
Changing options and text is possible in any demo, but since we do not have price per week it may not be the solution for this project.

Hi. This is for sure not standard. You may have the theme installed wrong or you put some other plugin like combine or minify that creates wrong files. We can share a test domain and you can confirm saving is done instantly.
If you have theme cache on, you need to clear it to see the changes made apply. Normally demos are imported with cache disabled.

Hi, can this theme be used to list Coliving Spaces and their rooms? Meaning one listing would represent one Coliving Space and on that same listing one can see the rooms, availability and book?

Hi, The theme has Price per night, price per night for over 7 nights and price per night for over 30 nights. You have control to change 7 and 30 values.

One follow up question. You said before if I would have one listing (main coliving space) I would need to setup e.g. 4 more listings which would represent the rooms for that coliving space. Can those 4 listings (rooms) be somehow implement in the main coliving listing? That way it would be possible to book them there?

If I would like to have the user pay only a non-refundable deposit or service fee (e.g. 20%) for making a booking and he/she needs to pay the rest directly to the host/owner (offline) is that possible? Also, who pays for the deposit / service fee: The user or the owner?
Hello. Thank you for the follow up and for considering our theme.
User pays the deposit / service fee as actual payment, but the value is deducted from total value of the invoice based on prices set by owner. So there is no fee added to total booking.
The remaining balance is not paid to owner via site either.
In the setup you describe, admin can set 20% deposit and 20% service fee. This means 20% is deducted from total invoice for each booking which needs to be confirmed / paid by user.
The button “pay remaining balance” would show in dashboard but if you do not wish users to pay that, you can hide it with css.

The theme supports payments only to admin from the theme. All payments to the owner will need to be managed outside the theme:

To be able to manage booking per room and to show each room in search you will need to submit each room as a separate listing. The theme does not have a hotel functionality.

- The title of the listsing is added manually. You can submit the rooms with names as per your wish but they will be separate listings.

Additional note – Wordpress will not allow same different taxonomies with the same name. If you plan to have multiple rooms as single items – and you need to group them – you can use Property Type or Property Category or Property Features and Amenities as common category name. But I do not know how you wish to have the full flow to confirm if it can work or not, and I do not know if you plan to use Property TYpe and Property category as they are used in demos (which means you would not be able to use these taxonomies as property names)

2. Confirm how your server sends emails – please confirm wp-admin to check any possible 3rd party SMTP plugins and how they are set
