I did it in blocks in “One page side menu”.. there is no “mobile menu”.. other blocks work on One page side menu but menu dont.. i told you that you can use the default admin credential : admin admin

FYI – The dropdown menu is logging an error to browser console every time you hover on and off the dropdown. It reads “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘left’)”.
Which refers to —navbar menu dynamic position—on line 156 in functions.js.
Can this be fixed?

FYI – by default, the sample_data.sql database sends a huge payload in X-Drupal-Cache-Tags, which in my case caused nginx to not render the site at all.
Solution is https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2954339
IE make sure http.response.debug_cacheability_header is set to false everywhere, including in development.services.yml. Then rebuild your cache (drush cr).
