Hello, currently there is no setting regarding the cumulative layout shift. If there is a specific page on which this kind of effect erupts, please let us know. Note that, this type of sudden change may appear because of other factors, not directly related to the theme.

To locate the issue, please, deactivate all third party plugins (except WPBakery Page Builder and Plethora Features Library). Reload the page, and you will notice that the effect has gone away.
Next, activate one by one the third party plugins and each time review the site (you will need to reload the page). The moment you activate a plugin and the phenomenon appears again, you should have found the cause.
At this point you need to decide what to do with this plugin. You can deactivate it and try to find one that does not create unexpect effects.
Hi there, I am on 2.7.5 The Social Icons in General section do not support social network icons. I can not select an icon for example Facebook or Youtube, they are not in the list. All icon fonts are ON on the Advanced > Icon Libraries. And as already advised, I reset the section in Advanced > Icon Libraries

6.7 wordpress update will load translations from the main wordpress language folder instead of the theme language folder. So some can lose their translations until they move them to the main folder.

The author team has not officially abandoned the theme, therefore you should expect a new version of the theme to be released. However, we don’t have a release date available yet. Wordfence is obliged to report any vulnerable plugin. We are working on updating the theme and we’ll include a new version of WPBakery Page Builder with it. Meanwhile, if you are interested in purchasing the theme and using it with a separate WPBakery Page Builder license you can do it! The theme allows for installing a new version after you pay for a license. The only difference is that, you will be receiving support from WPBakery on any page builder related issues. For any other theme related issues you can still contact us to investigate.

Hello! I updated my theme but the dashboard Health Flex ver 2.7.5. keeps on loading but never completely loads to show the options. Please help I can’t change out areas like the General / Header / Footer / Content Etc. in that area.
Hello! If you have updated the theme after a long time, please make sure you have updated all the plugins and WordPress. Also, make sure the site is running over PHP version 8.0 (which is currently best optimized for). If the site is still not working as expected, you need to troubleshoot the components for incompatibilities. To do so, deactivate all plugins except Plethora Features Library and WPBakery Page Builder. Don’t worry about functionalities, they will return as soon as you activate the plugins again. Hello, try switching to version 8.0 and the theme will work as expected. If you don’t have access to this option via the panel of the hosting account, you can ask the provider to perform this action for you.

Is it possible to manage the position of the slider images on mobile? Or do I have to pre-load the images so they can be seen well on mobile?
Hello, and thank you for using our theme. The slider is configured for each responsive state (desktop, tablet, mobile). To change the default settings you need to utilize custom CSS (where you can choose a postiion for the images). Pre-loading the images will not make any change. For better results, you can add and activate a third-party plugin like Slider Revolution which allows for numerous and rich-content cofigurations. It will become available on the Media Panel of the page where you can select it instead of the default slider.

You should update the plethora plugin, since it is not compatible with the acutal Healthflex plugin anymore. It causes errors and creates servererros.

Newer versions will probably prompt some warnings, which are safe to ignore and won’t cause any issues to the site. However, sticking to version 8.0 is pretty safe for now. Hopefully, the warning will go away with the next theme update.

Hello, After the latest updates I think there is a bug with awesome library icons on “Theme options->Advanced->Icon Libraries” The social icons like facebook, youtube, etc disappeared from my website and when you are going to find them again from “Theme options->General->Social Icons” in a social icon element on the icon dropdown select field there is not found these icons on Awesome library.
I have faced up another bug regarding parsing Preset Icon Libraries. For example, you have to enable the Weather icons library in order to use the the Webfont Medical Icon’s icons… I think does not parse Awesome icon library and load instead the Hotel Icons library…
Hello, we have updated the Font Awesome library. You may need to go to Theme Options > Advanced > Icon Libraries and click Save changes once to allow the theme to consolidate the changes. Then, go back to the social icons and choose the ones you need

I am usually patient but this is six months already since WP Bakery is updated. I am no longer believing you are updating this theme. It should be removed from the store. Your version is 6.13 and the current version is 7.2+.

I suspect the hold up could be how they originally packaged WPBakery…and, now that WPB is adding AI and not including that in themes, maybe the developers are trying to figure out the path forward. Personally, I do now want AI in WPB as with my other 70+ websites in another theme they will not include that feature…which is good because I don’t want to be nagged about using AI or not. If I want AI for text copy, I know where to go get it and drop it into a text box.

We have thought about extending our proprietary elements to work with other builders. However, we will need to replicate the design on all pages which is almost like designing a new theme. Also, the current version of WPBakery Page Builder that comes bundled with the theme includes almost all the features needed to create a page with any given configuration. We appreciate your recommendation and we’ll do our best to keep the quality of the theme at its highest level possible.
Well the theme included WpBakery is again outdated. Stuck in 7.4 versus 7.72. By the time the developers update the plugin, then the updates is already outdated.
This happens because we need to test the proprietary page builder elements. Moreover, 7.4 is a recent version that contains almost all the features of the plugin and is considered safe to use. That is the best we can do with the available resources. We strongly appreciate your concern, and promise to do our best to keep the theme maintained. Thank you for your contribution.
