On my site: https://grainedesoi.fr/, I need to update the Element Pack Pro extension because the current version (7.4.0) has a security flaw.

It’s a plugin that comes directly with the theme, so I can’t update it to the latest version if there is one. Can you please send me the .zip file of the plugin in its latest version?

How can I import multiple demos so that I can use pages and designs from more than one – import requires wiping the install.

Hello! I have an issue with lightbox on my website, it seems to load for a millisecond and than link to the image page. The sytrange thing is that inside the Elementor Builder frame the problem doesn’t exist and neither with “Safe mode” I can solve the problem. https://www.ponteggizerbini.com/i-ponteggi/ is the page, but the website is in maintenance mode. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. However, all new Phlox demos are prepared based on Elementor Container, and we also have a plan to convert older demos as well. However, we cannot give a specific timeframe for this.

hi, i have recently buyed this theme and its good but it has a problem with me. I have imported the modern corporate demo for my website and since i have imported this demo, in this demo my blogs and news display without their image while they have a featured image implemented in the settings of a blog or news so normally it should work but it doesnt. Phlox Pro includes outdated Revolution Slider plugin version. This version has a high level vulnerability. I reported to the theme support that it needs to be updated URGENTLY. But still no luck. Cloudflare is also pointing this issue for your whole subdomain : Connection timed out Error code 522

I am writing to request urgent assistance with activating two licenses I recently purchased. Despite my attempts, I am unable to use these licenses in the support center or synchronize them by adding my purchase keys.
