My recently purchased license continues to produce ‘Purchase code is invalid.’ message during activation. A support ticket has been created. Need a quick resolution please. This happens each time I buy this theme – which is excellent aside from this part.

Just a heads up.

1. Revolution Slider is included with the theme but it is blank and unusable. The problem here is that this DEV team is stating no registration is needed, we can ignore the messages, but this is completely false. There is no way to use any of the templates without purchasing a license.

2. In some of the comments the DEV team is saying they have better solutions that Revolution Slider, but when you look at the MidJourney and Parallax effects in some of the RS templates, I could find no solution from this theme’s team that matches those visual solutions. Not even close.

They’re trying to pass this off as a Revolution Slider policy, but then why state 1 and 2 when that is not the case? Why not clearly mention the plugin is empty and is simply added to make the value proposition seem better than it is?

It’s an amazing theme. There’s no reason for them to mislead customers.

Can the theme creator please check the update between classic mode and the frontend editor? Often, the frontend editor shows what I’ve worked on correctly, but then in the classic editor, preview and live site specific changes are not reflected accurately.

Let me know if creating a Loom or Screen Studio recording will help nail down why this is happening and an update for the theme released shortly if it’s a bug on the development side of things.

We installed the “HUB” theme on an idle domain to test it.

We want to delete this test version and install it from scratch/re-install it on another domain. How does the license work in this case. Do we need to do anything extra?

I saw in a demo that you have some interactive pills with text on it, can it be done with the purchase of your theme or do i need some more extensions for elementor to do that?

Hello. We are currently operating Hub using WPBakery Page Builder. Will support for this continue in the future, similar to Elementor? I’m concerned because mentions of WPBakery have disappeared from the page. We hope for continued support going forward.
