Hi! I’m having problems with the Ark Theme Core and Fresh Framework plugins, the website won’t load. I’ve already tried updating the template, plugins and deactivating other plugins. Only these two are causing problems and the website won’t display.

Also – what exactly latest update includes except “Improved – PHP8+ warning messages” (this is not what most of us really wait in update after 10month)! Latest update messed up mini-cart: it does not open anymore on hover, need to fix this!

Really glad you’re back! I knew you would be unless something terrible happened to you. I hope all is well. It would be great to hear why Ark was pulled from Envato. But I’m a proud owner of 99 Ark licenses and I still think this is the best theme (particularly for developers) on Themeforest.

What happened to the theme? Did it die?

3 months without knowing about FRESHFACE, no updates or support at all. It was several years of good development and now I don´t know what to do, upgrade 10+ sites to other builder?

I’ve had this theme installed for several years on my website and have been happy with the flexibility and customization it provides. Recently, however, I noticed a “Fatal Error” message within the theme’s dashboard-license tab.

I emailed FRESHFACE twice with no response. I understand my support has ended, but I do feel this is a theme issue which should be addressed. Can someone kindly provide a response to my emails?

I have been experiencing many problems with Ark for several months. The Freshframework plugin prevents me from uploading images and other elements to the library, which makes my work impossible. I renewed the support of “Fresh-Face” for 6 months, but the latter has no request. How can I get a little help?

I have problems with the Theme:
