Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Go to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme license.
Re-register the theme using the same purchase code.
First, update the theme by going to Appearance >> Themes.
Next, update the plugins one by one from Appearance >> Install Plugins.

The left side bar (vertical menu) opens only when you hover on “Shop by category” ... Do you have a setting in theme where this left side bar (vertical menu) is Fixed menu and remains Open permanently even without hovering ?

My requirement is that the Side Bar Menu (vertical menu) should be permanently visible on the Single Product Pages … and the side bar menu should not overlap the product gallery the way it does not overlap on homepage … maybe you need to design a new Single Product Page template ?

It looks like your server does not support the wp_remote_get() function which is a default WP function btw. wp_remote_get() uses loopbacks.

Hi, I have a monitor resolution of 1920×1080 and the product images are blurry, even at higher resolutions they are blurry. How can I make the product images on the product pages always appear in focus?
