I have a Pre sales question I would like to use the theme for a local bartering type of thing. Where for example a plumber will do work for an electrician as a trade instead of a financial transaction between the two. They simply exchange 1 skill for another. The revinue for this would come via them meeting on this platform and then agreeing to work with each other. The person requiring the work would pay the small online fee etc. I havent really ironed out everything but you have the gist of it all. Would your theme be able to adapt to this? Thanks in advance

Hi, since updating my site to Workscout 4.0, the frontend seems to be okay, but any “user” pages (i.e. /dashboard, /my-profile, /my-bookmarks, etc) are all broken, with an error saying “There has been a critical error on this website.” I have made sure everything is up to date—Wordpress 6.6, the latest versions of Workscout, WPJM, addons, etc. Any idea why just those pages would error out? Thank you!
FWIW, it turns out it’s a conflict/issue with the “WP Job Manager – Bookmarks” plugin version 1.5.0.
If I deactivate that, the site and user pages all work fine. With the WPJM Bookmarks plugin activated, it gives me the critical error. This has only been since updating to Workscout 4.0.10. Hope that helps determine the issue. Thanks!

No. It’s coming from your plugin.
Please know that the Email Controls for WP Mail SMTP only control emails sent from WordPress core, as you assumed.
From the screenshot you shared, the Source of the user registration email appears to be Workscout. That’s why the emails are not being stopped.
If the emails are being sent by the default user registration settings on WordPress, the Source will be WP Core as shown here: https://a.supportally.com/i/K0LJbQ.
Please contact the Workscout support team and share this with them so they can troubleshoot from their plugin and advise on how to disable the new user registration emails.

You can’t change link of it. It always leads to default search listing page which can be configured in Customize > Job Options > Job List Options
yeah, it keeps going to the half page (half job list/half job) layout, whereas every other ‘browse’ or ‘search’ job buttons going to here – browse jobs without map.

1. Is it possible to have two types of employers? I want one of the groups to have access to resumes and the other to only publish vacancies.
2. Can you create different fields for registration? I need 2 fields for employers and one field for employee.
3. Can you allow resume downloads only for a certain group of employers?
4. I want the entire website to be locked, only with registration will I be allowed to access it. It’s possible?

I want to double check here as I bought other freelance marketplace theme and found many issues in that due to which i could not able to launch my website.
Can you confirm all below features (only few listed out from a professional Freelancing marketplace website) are included ensuring

Heads up for everyone – avoid updating Freelancer plugin, it crashed my site and i have to recover. Odds on it’ll be fixed quick though…
