1) does the product company logo (brand image) could be entered in the product page?

2) Product loop, with divider line (Box Border With Padding) such as Shop Demo 48, can be the same in the theme Shop Demo 40 (Grocery 2)? Generally can we combine things between the themes?

How long is “longer time” when installing a demo using the Alternative Import?

My web host has set the PHP max_execution_time at 300. It’s not possible to increase it to 600. First attempt to install a demo (WP-Bakery – Business Consulting 3) failed after 14 hours, second attempt I aborted after 3 hours. Always stuck on “Imported categories”.

Sorry to hear that, but the minimum requirements to use the theme are:

max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 128M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

Which already listed in our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/ please check it.

If your server does not allow you to change the requirements, then please change the server and increase the values as maximum for the best performance.

Thanks for the swift reply! Yes, I am aware of the requirements and they are all GO, except PHP max_execution_time (300). But the theme says “Current time limit is OK, but 600 is recommended”.

It also states: “Do not worry if you are unable to update your server configuration due to hosting limit, you can use “Alternative Import” method in Demo Content import page. Which was the method I used. So even with that information there are only two options left, change to a different theme or change web hosting?

Hello. I created a single post in the Template Builder, however when I preview it I get this message: “There has been a critical error on this website.” I published the template and get the same message. I did update the Display Conditions. Can I be possibly be missing a configuration somewhere? The other template types I created work fine (block, footer, etc)

There is no need to purchase the Pro plugin seperately, but the basic version of the plugin that came bundled with the theme is enough to edit/modify all the content of the demos.
