That feature is a default in WooCommerce and is not influenced by our theme. If you test it with the default WooCommerce theme, like StoreFront, you’ll see the same behavior. To achieve your desired outcome, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance. The header was built with Elementor, and while you can customize the “Account” element to show or hide dropdown menu items, there’s no option to display the logged-in username. As shown in your provided screenshot, you have used the 4 columns in a single row and used the button element in each column, and its working fine for you on the desktop version but on mobile version it shows single button in each line and you want two buttons in each row, right?

To solve this you have to use the responsiveness settings of the columns, you have to edit each column and under the column responsiveness settings, choose 6 columns for the mobile resolution as shown in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/9jrMkZOOBx8a.png save changes and check back to your site again on mobile version.

I am looking to migrate from WP Bakery to Elementor for speed reasons. I am using Porto Banner for Home Page banners, if I switch from WP Bakery to Elementor, will my site break? What are the best options available?

Yes, that’s correct. If you change it directly, the site will break because WP Bakery elements are incompatible with Elementor. You’ll need to start fresh with a new WordPress installation if you want to switch page builders.

Everytime I tried and import any of the demos – I get the white screen when I view the homepage and all other pages. It says the demo imported but its BLANK. all the right plugins are installed and activated., please assist asap. these is a fresh new wordpress install. doesnt’ make sense,

Hello Support Team, I have regular license and I need to change my domain because when I login the manage account, there is only the message “No registered sites”. Please help me on this matter?

I active it again but meet this error, please help me. “This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Can you assign an independent menu to the Mobile Menu, from the main Desktop one? So Two menus…?

By default Mobile Menu only picks the Main Menu to show on Mobile and this is the default functionality of the Theme.

You can achieve what you want using only a single trick and that is as follow:

1. You have to use the Header Builder Functionality and create 2 Menu’s from Appearance >> Menu, set one as “Main Menu” and the Other as “Secondary Menu”, now you have to use the Secondary Menu to show on Desktop using Header Builder and set Mobile Menu as Main Menu, like this you will have 2 different Menu’s on Desktop and Mobile easily.

One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm with Envato as well: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

And you can use one single license on a multisite as well, we provide this functionality.
