Am I doing something wrong. I can’t get the theme to load properly. I download the zip which includes all documentation e.t.c. and that package fails to load. If I download the wordpress only package, that loads but I would need to rebuild the entire theme as none of the example content is included. Am I doing something wrong?

This usually means that the wrong file is being uploaded. You should extract pelicula.zip from the file .zip you’ve downloaded from ThemeForest and upload just pelicula.zip to your WordPress installation. For more detailed instructions please check this article.

Hi there, that is great we have it loaded. None of the preset pages are showing up though? We just want to use the Parralex page as a template. We just get a blank homepage saying Hello World.
Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot).

I bought a template and I have a problem. When I edit an entry in the “PELICULA PORTFOLIO” section, everything on the entry page changes, but the main content remains the default. In the editor, I have written and saved what I want to put in the section, but it doesn’t update on the website.
The second question – how can I change the name of the link in the Pelicula Portfolio so that it isn’t www.yoursite.com/portfolio-item/xxxxxxx but, for example, www.yoursite.com/review/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx?

The content of the demo portfolio items is created using Elementor, and you will need to use Elementor in case you want to edit that content. Just enable Elementor for Portfolio in the Elementor >> Settings.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with changing my logo on the website. Despite updating the logo from the theme options to reflect my business logo, I’m still seeing the previous logo (the “P”) instead of my new logo on the header.
I’ve tried clearing the cache from my browser and installing cache plugins, but the logo remains unchanged. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue?

Please check if the different logo is set in logo options for that individual page. It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

Hello there! I’m having an issue with the timeline. When I add dates close to each other (for example 1/12/2005 and 1/10/2005) the dates on the slider appear one on top of the other. I’ve tried changing the minimal distance between dates but still nothing. What could be the problem?

I am trying to get support for an issue regarding Portfolio content not being updated but have not yet received a response through the Quode Interactive support site and I submitted my ticket days ago? I am trying to edit the portfolio content after the demo import and it’s not updating on the front end. The title and images all update but the content still shows the Lorem ipsum text no matter what I do? Please help! Please respond to my ticket!

Please navigate to Elementor > Settings and enable Elementor page builder for portfolio posts.
Your ticket should now be updated with response. Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Hello I have purchased the theme from another account, all plugins installed and activated successfully except the (pelicula-core), it after activating it gives following error (There has been a critical error on this website.) and I get no message on the email as well to check for the error. I tried to install the theme on localhost and live server, same error.
