Hello I created multiple times a ticket for support but no reply. I have a 404 redirect issue, and looks its coming from the theme.
How get I get in contact??
Flatsome is just a theme and it doesn’t control the rewrite rules. Please contact your hosting provider.
After updating to the new safari today, the theme makes css problems in backend for woocommerce items and posts. Now you can scroll vertical. Please make a quick fix for this.
It’s not caused by Flatsome. The same problem occurs with the official WooCommerce theme Storefront.
The Safari team has already been informed, and a patch version will be released shortly.
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280063#c2You can use this plugin until the patch is released.
https://github.com/aaronmeder/wp-classic-editor-safari-18-fixIs there anyone else experiencing issues with the smooth scrolling ‘effect’ on the front end web pages? It works amazingly on the UX editor. If I set link anchors on the web pages, for instance, linking a button to an object at the bottom, it jumps, instead of smooth scrolling. Overall, Flatsome theme is great and very reliable.
If something works properly in UX Builder but doesn’t work on the front-end, this is likely due to custom scripts that only run on the front-end or caching settings. Please do basic troubleshooting as guided here..
Thank you for the reply and troubleshooting link. I’ve checked everything, but I believe the issue is with the Flatsome theme. To demonstrate this more clearly, please check the Vimeo link at the end of this message for a screen recording. It shows a fresh WordPress installation with only the Flatsome theme (no plugins or changes to settings). Note that, inside the UX Builder editor, you’ll see the parallax effect on the singer’s image working perfectly, just like the smooth scrolling works inside the UX. However, when viewing the front-end of the website, the parallax effect doesn’t work. To further illustrate the issue, I’ve also shown in the video the same page layout demo hosted on your server, where the parallax effect still doesn’t work, same issue. I suspect the same issue affecting smooth scrolling is also impacting the parallax effect. Could you please help us resolve this issue? Vimeo link: vimeo.com/1011493996—the PW to watch is: flatsome (*FYI, I have tested it on multiple browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safary, Edge and the problem persists; the same issue occurs on mobile devices).
**Another comparison test, this one demonstrates the smooth scrolling issue: it works beautifully inside UX Builder, but even on your official demo page it does not work: https://demos.flatsome.com/elements/scroll-to vimeo.com/1011501428 >> PW to watch is: flatsome
Hi UXThemes_Support, any word about my last comment above? It has been almost a month since I posted and no response from you guys.
Hi, my blog post does not have the UX builder anymore? How do I rectify this? Thanks

ERROR with woocommerce, when you open customize. Even with the latest version
Please do basic troubleshooting as guided here.
Solved. Never mind!
Hello, the Flatsome theme is outdated and not compatible with WooCommerce Version 9.3.1 . We do not have the ability to roll this back, due to our host automatically updating this from their end. Is there an update coming soon to make your theme compatible with the latest woo update?
We’re going to release Flatsome v3.19.6 shortly.
Thank you!
HI, we’re getting “Your theme (Flatsome) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” after last (today’s) WC update:
flatsome/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 7.9.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0,
flatsome/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 3.3.1 is out of date. The core version is 9.3.0,
flatsome/woocommerce/myaccount/navigation.php version 9.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.3.0,
Thanks for your help
We’re going to release Flatsome v3.19.6 shortly.
Hi, Like other users we are having MAJOR issues with banners not displaying even on the latest version 3.19.5. We have ran out of support so hoping you can still provide a fix as its obviously a bug which hasnt been fully fixed.
SO the Theme no longer displays the `class=”banner-bg fill”` images. The `< div class=”banner-bg fill”>< /div>` is visible in the source, but the image doesn’t get loaded. The `< div class=”banner-bg fill”>< /div>` has content in it, like
There are unrelated console errors i.e. cookies which are not relevant to this issue.
IF you are logged into WP admin and view the site you can see the images loaded. I have narrowed it down to the cache (which we have cleared on site AND in browser) and it seems to be an issue specifically with litespeed cache and a bug in the theme.
Litespeed support have checked and states it is a bug in the theme which prevents it displaying images. Regardless if its the latest version of the litespeed cache plugin being used OR and older version OR changing the settings, images do not display.
GOING back to an older theme version < 3.19 fixes the issue straight away and images get displayed correctly, albeit the resulting source code does not have the above inline code but rather images get called via css instead. SO it points to something in the theme which is casuing the issue/conflict.
Have had to revert back to v3.18.7 theme and woo 8.93 and cannot update to benefit from fixed bugs
meaning site doesnt fully work.
Can you kindly advise of a fix so that we can update tp the latest flatsoem version where background images work? Thank you.
Many Flatsome users use Litespeed Cache with the latest version of Flatsome without any problems.
Background images are now <img /> tags and are not outputted as before to CSS url(), for improving SEO since v3.19. If you see the images as an admin, but don’t as a visitor, it’s because your caching system is still trying to serve the old content. There is no bug.
Thanks for the reply.
Sorry, my original post missed out the code I added which showed that the tag WAS included in the source code BUT it still doesnt show the background image. Ill try adding that code again here:
—--
.< img data-lazyloaded=’1’ src= ’ https:\domain.com/app/uploads/2021/09/about-hero.png.webp’ fetchpriority= ‘high’ decoding=’async’ width=’2500’ height=’1161’ data-src=’ https:\domain.com/app/uploads/2021/09/about-hero.png.webp’ class= ‘bg attachment- size- entered litespeed-loaded’ alt=’About’ data-ll-status = ’ loaded’>.
SO if it was a cache issue then it would use the old way as you statied (via css) to try and display the image BUT as you can see from the code it shows the new code BUT still doesnt display the image. Either logged in to WP admin and viewing a page OR truning off cache (for a page OR site wide) the images start to work.
To reconfirm (incase the code I added earlier gets stripped out again!), the outputted code is the newer code and not the older css implementation… SO i would say its definitly a bug…
Have you tried to disable image lazy loading?
yes, disabled lazy loading ON the theme settings AND via litespeed cache. When litespeed support checked its something in the theme thats causing the issue and they couldnt advise further as its theme related… so we are stuck

Presale question. Is it possible to set the background color of different pages in your theme, for example, black ? Or in all pages at once
You can set a background color or image globally with the theme options. To set them individually, you’ll need to use custom CSS.
cart and , for example, blog posts page ? Yes I can ?
With custom CSS, yes.
Hello! I have several questions: 1) How and where to translate the “Quick view” and “Buy now” buttons into my language. 2) In the mobile version of the site, it is very difficult to get directly to the parent category. When you click on the parent category with your finger, child categories simply appear. If in the desktop version everything depends on where you click, on the category name or on the drop-down arrow, and this works well. Then in the mobile version, wherever I click in the category caption area, subcategories simply appear. The parent category in the mobile version is very important because it contains many important descriptions. 3) When I get to a product category, some categories have empty spaces. For example: I go to a category – it has 2 subcategories and there should be 13 products on the first page (3 columns of 5 rows). But only 12 products are displayed, and in place of the 13th there is emptiness and the next products are displayed on the next page. How can this be fixed? Because this can mislead the buyer that there are no more goods, since there is emptiness in this place and he will not go to the next page. Thanks for the answers.

Does anyone here have any ideas? I have set the container width and it works perfectly on Pages. Only in the single-post view (blog) does the post appear in the middle with a lot of space to the left and right. This obviously cannot be changed via the settings. Perplexed …
Posts templates are dynamically generated by PHP template files. You can override them by copying the files from the parent theme to the child theme folder with the exact folder structure.
I have 3 php files that are outdated when will there be new updates for these? 1. “flatsome/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php current version 7.9.0. The main version is 9.2.0.” Only there is no main new version as update available? 2. “flatsome/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php current version 3.3.1. The main version is 9.3.0.” Only there is no main new version as update available? 3. “flatsome/woocommerce/myaccount/navigation.php current version 9.0.0. The main version is 9.3.0.” Only there is no main new version as update available? Looking forward to your response!
The latest stable version of WooCommerce is v9.2.3. It looks like you’re using a beta version. Please rollback the latest stable verison of WooCommerce.
As of yesterday the newest stable version is 9.3.1. Is see more people are flagging this issue in this segment. I see also your reply that there will be an update soon. Looking forward to the update. Cause rolling back to an older version is nog possible on woocommerce cause it’s managed by Wordpress. Many other plugins would be no problem but on this one it’s impossible to rollback
Flatsome v3.19.6 was released yesterday. Please update your theme.
Hello! I have a strange error regarding the Nav Icon module. They don’t show me the blocks to activate or deactivate. The block list is missing. I try to update the theme, activate and deactivate the child theme, plugins, etc. But it’s strange because everything works fine but the blocks are not visible. And now I can’t use Nav Icon and the menu is left empty. Could you help me?

Nearly two weeks now since my last email response, There is a bug in your custom product layouts whereby it cannot be customized for mobile and desktop which defeats the whole purpose of having a custom layout, as one would need to be able to change the layout on mobile
Hi,
How to disable sticky menu on specific pages ?
Thank You
Do you mean the sticky header?
Yes please
Could you try the snippet below? Don’t forget to change the page IDs.
add_filter( 'flatsome_header_class', function( $classes ) {
if ( is_page( [99,274] ) ) $classes = array_diff( $classes, array( 'has-sticky', 'sticky-jump', 'sticky-hide-on-scroll' ) ); // Change the IDs [99,274]
return $classes;
}, 12 );
I tried to do this it didn’t work
My website isn’t displaying EPO on the frontend, I can see the form loaded in google console but it isn’t rendering anything, just a big blank box. Cleared cache, disable and purge etc haven’t fixed it. https://madeinthemoon.co.uk/

Hello!! Can you help me with this issue? The package cannot be installed. This theme does not have a style.css stylesheet.
Swatches is not clickable on product pages in newest update will this be fixed soon? I disabled it temporary on my website.
Nothing has changed about the swatches in v3.19.5 since it’s a maintenance release. Please clear all cache (web server, plugin, CDN, browser, etc.) and recheck the issue.
Is there any way to disable variation swatches from being used just on the checkout screen. Right now there is a conflict with CheckoutWC plugin which shows them, but they’re not clickable so I’d just like to “unload” them for that specific page and use the drop downs, which so work on that page.
