Is there any option to distinguish between free posts and premium posts?

the next question is we should purchase the jeg paywall plugin, or Epic Ads Plugin as well or all of them are integrated inside this theme?

the theme has fatal error. purchased this 3-4 days back..and looks like it ‘just looks good’ and nothing beyond that.

Unable to integrate Razor Pay

Are you planning to use RazorPay for payments on JNews – Post Subscribe? If so, it is not possible. JNews – Post Subscribe only supports three payment methods: the two default methods we provide (PayPal & Stripe) and using WooCommerce Subscription.

Hello, I am having an issue with the login popup as well as the register popup on my PlayIt theme. Whenever I attempt to use either button it just changes my URL to site.com/#jeg_loginform and site.com/#jeg_registerform. There is no popup. And no one can use them for Login or Registering. How can I get these popup items to work? Where is the code located to change them or what am I missing?

Also, on the upload page It says that a file can be uploaded but only that it can be 10 mb. My upload available on my website allowable through my host is 1 GB. When I attempt to upload a video I get an error message “Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.” How can I increase the file upload size for my site.com/upload webpage?

One last thing I renewed my support on ThemeForrest and cannot Refresh Purchased License on the JegTheme website. I keep getting an error message “Notice: Refresh License Throttled for 1 Hours, Please try again in next 1 hour”

There is no error message in the browser console after clicking on Login or Register. There is an error message when the page initially opens but not sure if it’s even related.

thanks for reaching us, to troubleshoot the Content Not Found issue when clicking the like button, please make sure you are using the latest version of JNews and JNews Like plugin, the latest version of JNews is 11.6.3 and JNew Like plugin is 11.6.0, please try to disable some plugins that not related to jnews for a while to see if there are any plugin conflict or not, and try to clear cache from cdn caching if you are using one

i’ve been using your theme for a while now, but i’ve noticed that the rating of reviews is not displayed correctly on various elements. For example: i have a review which i have given 4/10 rating. On Reviewsite itself it displays correct. But on homepage JNews-hero2 it shows 5/5 rating. How can i fix this?

I am looking to implement a simple job board that allows users to post job listings. The platform will utilize Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, incorporating a fee structure through a paywall. Importantly, the user interface will not require account creation or login, and there will be no option for resume uploads.

Additionally, I intend to integrate several APIs, including the Talent API, WhatJobs API, Careerjet API, and AdZuna API, to automatically populate job listings with expiration dates.

I would also like to confirm whether the GoFetchJobs plugin can be integrated seamlessly with this theme without any issues.thanks

yes, you can use different templates for specific categories, first please active JNews Extended Category Option, you can activate it from Dashboard > JNews Dashboard > plugins > Activate the plugin , please check the screenshot below

for the template you can create the category using Elementor from Dashboard > Archive Template> New Template

after you create the template, you can use the template for specific categories by assigning the custom template to the category that you want, you can use it from Dashboard > Post > Categories > to edit the category that you want

at the bottom of the category page you will find the category setting, please enable Override Category Setting > Select Custom Template > Select the custom archive template you have made

I have jnews since 2021. and after last update of template, new posts wont show on frontpage in jnews elementor modules, but they shown in defalut wordpress latest posts module. They shown in jnews modules only after manual purgecache

Since the 11.6.3 update when using a child theme, access to the Footer Builder, Post Template, Archive Template, and Custom Menu features are hidden from admin menu and attempts to bring them up through the direct URL gives an “Invalid post type” error.

I am not going to pay $41 for a new support license just to report a bug that started when I updated to 11.6.3 on Tuesday. If I switch from my child theme (needed for custom image sizes on homepage) to the primary theme those custom types appear and work, but not with the child theme active. I’ve purchased this them five times for various projects so I would think that would be enough to have ability somewhere to “report a bug” NOT ask for support.

Hello, this is my 10th time pointing out the major issue in your theme. The Jnews post paywall is not properly showing the number of paragraphs set. If I am setting number of paragraphs to 1 it is shifting the subscription message to the last paragraph. This means all the paragraphs stay unhidden except for the number of paragraph I chose. It is working the opposite. Please guys this is a theme issue, not my website issue. It should not work that way. I have tried everything but no improvement. Your theme is very buggy. Please check this issue with you team. They are very rude and ask for money every time. They are not even willing to listen to the issue.

Additionally, the header section settings for mobile devices don’t support all the elements provided. For example, the login element does not work on mobile drawer if I am putting it in the drawer setting. Login on web works but the same thing does not work on the mobile nav bar options. Please check this issue is with your theme. In mobile navigation bar darwer, most of the options given don’t work like login element, html element, etc.

I will complain to evanto if such issues are not fixed or looked into as soon as possible.

1. please check the post with a limited paragraph in an incognito browser, because the paragraph will be limited for not logged-in users and users who didn’t subscribe or unlock the post

2. Please disable third-party plugins that are not related to JNews for a while to see if there are any plugin conflicts or not

3. please create a post that contains 2 paragraphs with the content only text, try to set the paragraph limit to 1, and try to visit the post using an incognito browser

to assist you better, could you please give us more information about the login or element that not working? for the login does the login pop-up appear? you can’t log in after submitting the login form?

if the login pop-up didn’t appear, please try to right-click on your browser > inspect > select console tab after the console tab opens, please try to click the login button in the mobile drawer and check if there is any error in the console

if you can’t log in using the popup form, please try to disable third-party plugins that are not related to JNews for a while to see if there are any third-party plugins that prevent the log in from the form

Hi, I reached out to you only after trying out everything. It is working when I am simply using normal pargraphs but not on the long posts. I have to use content preview to hide everything but this limits me to only first paragraph. Intially I thought this was issue with my Table of Contents but no it was not because it was working fine for normal short blog then I thought this might be the issue with wocommerce product elements block I am adding but again it worked for short paragraph based post. I tried everything. It is not plugin conflict rather an issue with your plugin. It seems like it is not able to handle long posts properly. All my posts are long and on these posts your plugin fails to work. This is why I am saying it your plugin issue. Maybe it is not able to handle complex blog posts properly. Also, I want to know can I customize the design of pricing plan table you have. I need their css classes to customize according to my own need or you can give me the link to the buttons you have that automatically validates I can create my own. Seriously this is very frustrating that I can’t even customize the look and feel of pricing plans according to my own need because If I am using my own table there is no way to find out how to add the button links you have on your plans. Additionally, if possible please allow me to accesss your login form link in the jnews. It’s current in pop up modal but I need links to add the login ability in custom buttons. It would be better if you can incorporate simple page based login and signup rather than Pop up modal, as it will be easier for users because currently the issue is I have woocommerce login page, your login popup and then there is another plugin wp foro which has its own. So, it would be better to have one single login page rather than your pop up modal which works only for the theme. Your theme lacks this feature and mainly login compatibiliyt with woocommerce. So, keep the simple page based login feature. A few suggestions: 1. Your theme currently lacks a very basic functionality like admin can’t create custom subscription manually and they even can’t add credits to users manually in jnews paywall. This is like a must have what if I want to offer free credits and free subscription to customers to join. This can be improved in future designs 2. The fronted submit plugin has a very basic editor on the frontend. It does not have heading and paragraph option and the design is very basic. Maybe in future you guys can improve the writing experience or replace this basic editor with some modern look and feel. Also, add a way to do SEO in the fronted submit mean authors can add keywords, meta description etc on their own. Please improve these things if possible. I really feel this theme has a lot of potential but it is still buggy, and needs a lot of improvements. This is why I am not quite happy with the experience I have had in the last 4 years but I am still using it due to a few good features.
