Our theme does not support selling multiple assets within a single listing. If you want to sell different assets, you will need to create separate listings for each one.

When a creator see their listings, today views all of them shows 2, no matter how many hits to that listing https://ibb.co/wNFdK7xz . One more feature is missing which images got downloaded and how many time. Can you sir look up this fixes? and as new update has watermark feature, I couldn’t find the option.

Regarding watermarks, the admin can apply a watermark to website images by navigating to Admin Dashboard → Listing Type → Settings → Theme → Header. From there, they can upload a watermark image, which will be applied to all images on the website.

Questions Hi. Wow! What a great looking, incredibly designed, and well thought-out theme. I have a couple of questions. I read some of the documentation, but I still have some questions.
I’d like to charge users to submit their artwork: 1) How do users pay? Is there a form, and it can take Visa? PayPal? Others? 2) Can they purchase a certain amount of “credits” to use, that way they don’t have to use their credit card each time, and it stores it in a wallet in the system? 3) Can the system have promo codes? I’d like to maybe offer users discounts or promos to use it.
Also 4) Do the user profiles have social media links? I don’t see it there. 5) can users “Like” the images? I don’t see that. 6) can users comment on images? Do you have an example?

1. Users need to purchase a plan to submit their artwork on your website. 2. Admins can set plan prices and define listing limits based on the selected plan. 3. WooCommerce coupons can be used on the checkout page when purchasing a plan. 4 .Currently, there is no option to link social media accounts directly. However, users can add their social media links in the author bio section on the author page. 5. Users can submit reviews on images if the admin has enabled the review system for listings. 6. The same review functionality applies to the review section.

With the Heilz theme, you can exclusively sell stock photos and videos. Unfortunately, it does not include options for booking photography services or selling camera accessories. However, since we use WooCommerce in our theme, you can leverage WooCommerce for these additional purposes separately.

In the admin panel, go to Listing Types -> Fields. You can create an upload field, select the file option, name it, and add a custom key name. Then, in the listings, you can upload your audio file, which will be displayed on the frontend.

How does payouts work? If i was a seller on the site, and someone makes a purchase, will the money then site within the site owners bank and then the seller make a request and payments are made manually? how does your site handle this. is there not a way the when someone buys something it goes through to their payment method, minus a fee?

Hello, how to set login requirement for free download. By default guest can download on free without login, I think it’s not good if we have a site with high traffic or spam download.
It seems that the interface is not compatible with litespeed cache. My standard setup with litespeed cache works fine with other themes like Jnews but with Heilz theme there are some interface errors on the first load of the page for visitors. I tried disabling many options on litespeed cache but still can not fix it.

Hi, I have a few additions for you to consider in the upcoming updates.
- For the submission feature, the php post_max_size and upload_max_filesize limits need to be increased to increase the file upload size. However, this also applies to other upload items such as avatar or cover image, which is not good if abused by users. There should be an option to set the maximum file upload size for separate submissions and other areas separately.
- The submission feature should be left as default for users with the Contributor role. For new registered users, they need to apply to participate in submission. Without this option, if users abuse the file upload in the submission section, it will not be good for the server’s storage.
- It will improve the user experience if when hovering over a video, it will automatically play the video.
- In the Number on Listing Types field, if it can be displayed in the time format in the filter, users can search for videos in the correct time format. For example 0:15 (second) instead of 0.15 as it is now. In addition, the field number needs to be set to the number of seconds in 1 minute, which is 60, instead of 0 to 100 as it is now.
- “Show all” in the filter is showing an error on the mobile interface.
- It seems that the message is broken, I tried sending a message via another account but I couldn’t see the message content, even though there was a notification that there was a new message.
- Some content cannot be translated with Loco Translate or cannot be found to translate.

If you want to use the search filter on the explore page, make sure it’s enabled. If you prefer not to use the search filter on the explore page, you can deselect the “Global search form” option. You can check and adjust these settings under Listing Type -> Settings. Additionally, you can manage explore page settings in the same section.

Is there have any way so that any new user can download without signed in? For example: My website offering daily free 10 downloads. For extra downloads they need to purchase subscription.

Answer: There is an entry reflected on the frontend dashboard of the seller on every new purchase. Is there a way for the admin to see/know the best performing assets? Answer: There is no analysis system for best-performing assets in the theme at the moment.
Is there a dashboard for admin to track total downloads report – daily/weekly/monthly, etc. Answer: There is a total earning graph system on the frontend dashboard for the admin/host.

I desperately wanted to purchase the Heilz WordPress theme for my photography store. However, after thoroughly reviewing the documentation, I found it challenging to comprehend. Here are the key reasons:
1. None of the images in the documentation are displaying; they appear as broken links. 2. There are no video tutorials available online. 3. The “listing” and “listing types” sections are too complex to understand without structured video tutorials. 4. Existing WooCommerce products cannot be imported into listings. 5.
