I have a video background that plays fine, but when I scroll and go back it pauses and doesn’t play again until I refresh the page

In other demos that have a video background this doesn’t happen, is there any way to fix this problem?

Question – How do I deactivate the sticky menu?? Every time I update the theme to the newest version, the sticky menu is automatically activated. I change it in the settings, however the change is not taking effect. It keeps the sticky menu activated and I can’t find a way to turn it off.

Hi – The checkout page on our gem template has suddenly stopped working – No additional plugins have been installed – no changes to the website have been made.
