Quick question reguarding Chrome browser. The featured work and what we offer sections stretch the images, also if I refresh the page in safari all the content disappear. There sections use custom OT portfolio Slider and OT Services Slider plugins. What it could be and how can I fix it?

The images for Team, are stuck on 300w x 1500 tall. I tried to overwrite it but got css errors.

probably a stupid question, but here goes. How do I simply use the same header for the entire site. I like the homepage header, but it switches to white on all other pages.

Hi, the theme won’t update the “RadiantThemes Addons” plugin, and without the update, I can’t upgrade PHP on my website past 7.4, which is now outdated.

The plugin causes the server to crash.

We are using your theme since 2020 and it always worked fine. Now we moved to a new server and suddenly the images of the “OT portfolio filter” module are completely streched vertically in Edge and in Chrome. In Firefox it still looks fine. So we decided to buy your updated theme and install it on our new server, but we are not able to install the new theme in wordpress because of the following error message: “theme cannot be installed, because style.css is missing”.

Hey, just wanted to mention that when I use Chrome, the homepage images look all stretched out vertically. You can see it here: https://prnt.sc/mw6Cnue7iAfW

But when I use Firefox, they look fine. Check it out here: https://prnt.sc/gF3bRl-vHcFc. My developer has fixed these, but he’s not sure why the errors are happening. There are a few other similar errors that need fixing too. Are you able to fix them, or can you send me instructions on how to sort them out?

Does your theme, and case study/Portfolio section support php 8 or higher, as I get php errors when i change the php version

hi, I wondered if it was possible to set a background image for the pages in this theme. And also where I could go to to remove the title “news” in the new pages.

Hi there, I’m loving your theme and use quite a few of them I have a warning from WordFence, and have for a while now that the theme is insecure. Here’s the message I get:

The Construct Theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion in versions up to, and including, 1.4. This is due to the ‘_mysite_delete_skin_zip’ parameter in the ‘dl-skin.php’ file. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete any file on the server of the vulnerable service.

Is it possible to provide an update to fix this please? I got the theme through Envato Elements so am not entitled to support but it would be much appreciated as always

I am having a challenge with connecting the Portfolio pages to other page. Any page with the portfolio sortcode will show blank, eg, pages with [portfolios col=”3” gap=”30” arr=”true” num=”6”] or [portfoliof **] shows blank screen, once i remove those codes the pages becomes good.

Guide me on how to fix this. Thanks

I’m trying to import the demo data on this site and its getting stuck on the importing widgets part, I’ve increased the php limit to the max allowed on my server but its still not working, can you advise please if theres a work around.
