1. You must be already using Ultra design if you like to use the elementor-based search results page.
2. Create a page, assign the “Elementor Full Width” template to it [ https://snipit.app/2AY ], and edit it with Elementor.

The current and frequent issue relates to the Elementor Image Optimizer plugin. If you have installed it, please deactivate it, which should restore the gallery options and pictures.

I solved the problem myself. You need to modify the “rhea_init()” function of Relahomes Elementor plugins. If someone changes the child theme name, the plugin activation fails.

Hi, thank you for the info. I have a follow up question.
In the case where I want to set a standard expiry for all properties as 30 days. After which the property will disappear from the site until renewed by the seller (Not agent – I am building a site where anyone can login and enter a property)
So I want the expiry at the admin level. Or else all properties for rent will be available permanently until someone takes them off.
So is there a default expiry period that can be set by the admin? Which is not accessible by the seller account / dashboard.

- RealHomes doesn’t require any specific PHP version. WordPress itself requires PHP 7.4, so if you are using PHP 7.4 or 8.x, RealHomes will work without any issues.
- We release regular updates, typically on a monthly basis, sometimes every 40 to 50 days.
- You can replace any contact form with custom forms created using the WPForms or Contact Form 7 plugins.
- The agent details section supports various social links, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter.

(It’s not the wordpress problem, it’s the version of the theme you have that should run with the updated PHP version)

Hello! I bought this theme 3 years ago, installed and customized at www.estatux.com . I’ve been updating each plugin and every theme update since then, however the last ones broke some functionalities of my site. The compare feature it’s not showing when you click over the compare icon. In the property page when you click over an image from the gallery to see it bigger, the lightbox effect doesn’t shows up. Also any property video doesn’t work. I will like to know if you can fix it all?

Requirement: the form on the property page with code “abcxyz” should not be a generic information request form, but should be delivered containing the exact “abcxyz” code of THAT particular property; otherwise the website manager receives the request, but cannot trace which property the visitor is referring to.
I have not yet been able to figure out how to do this.

Good Day, we’ve been running a our site for a couple of weeks now, got our first client and for the most part, things have been working. Is it possible to: 1) mark a property as “Sold” from the agency dashboard? 2) if so, can that “sold” property excluded from a search on the site, but still be visible if searched through a search engine? and: 3) Is it possible to create a “sold” history per agent? whereby those sold property listings are still displayed? Hi, Pre sales question. I want to build a property listing site where any visitor can create an account and list their property free of charge.
I want to know the following
1. Can a user a create an account
2. Can a a new property be in pending status until approved by an admin or moderator.
3. Can the map views be removed from searches and listings.
4. When creating the property can we restrict the country / city / property type / features… so that the person can’t enter whatever they want but only select from the options we have given them.

2. That’s correct. Newly submitted properties can either be set to “Pending” or “Published” based on your preference. If set to “Pending,” a manual review will be required before publishing.

4. By default, options like city, property type, status, and features are treated as taxonomies, meaning users can only select from the predefined choices.
