Setting a transparent header for shop pages does not change the header on the product pages, at least for some layouts like 2 or 4.
Is this the expected behavior or is it a bug?

Thank you for your feedback. This is not a bug. In some product layouts, the header background is intentionally fixed as transparent to ensure the product layout fits the design in different situations.

Hello, I would like to modify the 404 page to return the status code 404 and not 200. I tried to modify the files: wp-content/themes/konte/404.php wp-content/themes/konte-child/404.php
But if I view a non-existent page, it always returns the status code 200 and the site page where it says: “Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.” How can I return only the 404 status if a web page does not exist on the website? Greetings.

You don’t need to have a license to update the plugin Revolution Slider. Because this plugin is bundled in the Konte theme, you just need to delete it and run the installer again to get the latest version.
Now, you just need to navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete the Revolution Slider plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install this plugin again. The theme will download and install the latest version for you.

We want to remove the Kirki plugin because it is pretty much useless after the configuration, has terrible performance, and hasn’t received any updates for some time. However, after it’s disabled the Prev, the next icon appears on the product page. Shouldn’t the configuration be storedvin the database so we can remove the module?
Another thing related to performance is that layout 2 has one big layout shift for mobile and it keeps failing the Core Web Vitals for CLS.

We’ve noticed this layout shift issue from reports as well. It may occur with WPBakery Page Builder, but it rarely happens with Elementor. We will try to improve this metric in the coming updates as well.

i know in Motta theme you support 2 plugins, but CURCY works with wp-rocket without any issue, and the cache will be always good while using this plugin. I think it is not so much work to include the code of this plugin so we can display it in the topbar and big menu. Thanks!

In the meantime, there’s no need to take any action regarding the template file update message.
If you want to downgrade to an older version, you can download WooComemrce 9.1.4.

Similar to this elementor widget, I am looking for one with next options:
- to show a single product anywhere, and to have the ablity to show or hide different informations.
- to have an option to choose from 3 different paths for the button: Add to cart, Go to product page, Custom link.
- when you have a variable product, to have the option to show only 2 of 5 attributes, for example, and when I click on the button to go to product page, these 2 to be autoselected

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have a feature for showing the single product anywhere. The WooCommerce plugin itself has a shortcode to display the single product information. However, it doesn’t allow to hide inside elements and information.

Thanks for your question. By default, this theme doesn’t offer any built-in feature to add image hotspots. However, you can use the plugin Revolution Slider that is bundled in this theme to create a hero image with hotspots.
