Hi Markus, The newest demos (homepages and some internal pages) – are created with Elementor. So you can choose the builder based on the demo you wish to start with and disable /delete the plugins you do not use. This applies to Revolution Slider, Ultimate addons, Bakery or Elementor. For speed purposes, demo images are not included in the import. Revolution Sliders are imported separately from demo_content/revolutions_sliders folder If the import doesn’t go through in 1-2 minutes, server limits are affecting the import. ok the demo is successfuly imported. anyway i have anither issue when customizing the theme. i enabled the payment options (PayPal and Stripe) but when i try to book a property the theme does not transfer me to the paymet options to use it but give a green color message say ( Booking request sent. Please wait for owner’s confirmation! ) how can i go to the check out page so we can pay for example.

You need to activate the Instant booking option to proceed directly to the payment step. If not, the owner will need to manually issue the invoice.

Hi, I used this theme a few years, and I found this problem never resolved. If I use Google Rich Results Test to check my website, it shows errors, missing ‘name’‘offers’‘reviews’‘aggregating’ , then I tried use Schema Pro plugin to resovle them, then I can not find some fields to map, such Reviewer, ratingValue, ratingCount and so on. Therefore, do you have any way or suggestion to resolve it, or some ideas to change into other Review plugins which works correctly with Google Schema Markup? Thanks
Hello. In Version 3.12 we updated the schema.org to have some of these warnings not show as they were not applying based on schema used. If you have the theme version with these changes, please send us the link in support to check your site and add to our list to review what further schema.org changes can be made. We already made the optimization based on latest schema.org changes and as we know from our other clients, there are no long errors showing. But if you do have them – we need to check theme version and then check the messages you have which we can only do via support.

When I change the Property Page Link (Custom link for Property Page) in the wp-admin > WpRentalsOptions> General-> Listing and Owner Links from: /properties to something else like /houses save and clear the cash and visit the new link I get a “Page not found” error. Same thing happens with all the other pages like: Property Categories Page and Owner Page. Is there anything else that needs to be changed? I could not find anything in your documentation related this.

1. Booking via API is not possible.
2. If you wish users to register as user to book and user to book and rent – the selection made in register form is not possible to be changed by users.
They can delete the profile and register again.
3. The subscription we support is to add properties. Yes, you can disable that and let users add properties for free.
4. You must send us exactly what you wish to change to confirm if it is possible or not. In wp-admin the code comes from theme code source. To change the theme code with custom development is possible, but there is no support offered for custom development. You would need to do code changes from your end with a developer assistance.

Hello. The cards are not saved in the theme and they cannot be charged by owner. If you set a security deposit – it cannot be refunded automatically via the theme – it would need to be returned by the site admin (who receives the payments)

The WP Rentals theme was built as a booking platform and it does not support sales. We never tested the Point of sales system Plugin to be able to advise if and how it works with the theme.

Analyzing this issue, we see that both owners and users have the same role, subscriber, which makes it impossible for us to condition zones on the web by roles. We have an option for the user dashboard sections for the user role limitation. Owners will have full dashboard pages, and guests will have the sections necessary only to book.

Hi, perfect, but if we want to make pages with clearly differentiated areas, if the owner sees one section and if the user sees another different section, we usually do this by differentiating with conditionals by roles, but in wprentals there are no different roles for users and owners, only a field in users with true or false. A possible cause for the calendar not showing is a js error in the page. Since the fields are correctly set Check-in should have a date bigger and checkout-date smaller as compare terms, a js error is most likely the cause. We cannot confirm 100% unless we check your site.

Pagespeed of the Main Demo directly after the install is veeery slow: 43 for mobile! Even on an expensive wpengine installation (as suggested from them)
Hello. Thank you for the comment. I am not sure what is the tool you used and what is the full configuration you have done on the server. The speed is influenced by many factors, including server side settings and cache used.
We did a compare with Airbnb site too – and they have a 35 score https://imgur.com/a/8aDnyz6
In general these tools for scores are very specific in what they search on mobile. You can improve score by controlling the page content as recommended by the tool you used, also control the plugins used and the settings made at server level or from a cache plugin. Even after making all settings, you may have a mobile score with these tools not as great as you expect, but you must keep in mind wordpress is a complex CRM, with lots of built in options in the source code. And the theme also offers lots of options based on wordpress (plus elementor for design) so that you do not make a lot of code.
A better score may be possible only by using a totally different solution than Wordpress – and with much less options in terms of editor or functionality.
