For some reason this feature for Quiz unlimited attempts is available in the Masterstudy setting, But it does not apply to Quizzes. Students are only allow to retake the quiz if they got a score that is lower than passing percentage setup for the Quiz in Quiz Setting. And it does not tell the students that they failed the Quiz and they should retake. It just fresh the quiz page and ask the student to Start the Quiz as if they were attempting the quiz for the first time.
If the Passing percentage setting is not active, the student will just take the quiz. when all the question are answer it will mark compete and the students cannot retake the quiz if want. It does not matter if the students fail or passed the quiz. there is no Retake button. However, if I change the setting (change the Passing grade (%)) of a quiz that was already taken by a student and mark complete; then the Retake button will show up on top of the page after the same quiz it is access again by the student. However, that retake button does not work after it is click on and the quiz page is refreshed. Once the student retake the Quiz the same score with the same wrong and right answers will show up again. As if the student never retake the quiz.
Quizzes are the principal way that students can test their knowledge and practice after they have taken a lesson on a particular subjects. So, please improve the Quiz functionality In Masterstudy.

- Yes, users can register and log in using our theme.
- Users can access a dashboard where they can view their enrolled courses. You have the option to include quizzes as part of individual courses and sell them. Once a user achieves the required passing grade, which you can set as a threshold, they will be able to receive a certificate.
- On their dashboard, users will also be able to view their certificates and not courses (completed+non completed) and quizzes(exams) they have enrolled
- For certificate verification, yes, it’s possible, but let me explain how it works. Students can share their certificate code, and anyone can go to your website and enter the code into the certificate checker, and it will display whether the certificate is valid. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

This is nice. It has almost all I want. Can all these answers be found on the currently uploaded demo of your theme? 2) can I easily disable courses and only display quizzes to be taken by the user without having to touch theme codes?
3) about this part. Let’s say a user failed a particular quiz. Will they be able to see it on their dashboard also that they failed it and and option to retake it. In my case, they have to pay again to retake it. Is it possible?

Yes, all the answers you seek can be found in the currently uploaded demo of our theme. I apologize for any confusion, but I’ve checked again, and the certificate checker is indeed available within the MasterStudy theme, so you won’t need any additional plugins.
To disable courses, you can simply unpublish them, which will prevent them from appearing on the website. You can then create separate courses that consist only of quizzes and publish those instead.
Quiz progress will be shown, and all quizzes taken will be accessible on the student dashboard. Students will have the option to retake quizzes multiple times, and while there’s no direct option for charging for retakes, we can explore some workarounds using existing features.
The available payment options in MasterStudy LMS include Offline Payment, Wire Transfer, PayPal, and Stripe.
Additionally, you can use the WooCommerce checkout system to sell your courses, giving you access to all available WooCommerce payment methods.
As for the certificate number, it is automatically generated and cannot be edited.

When submitting Assignments in other languages (in this instance Arabic), the submissions do not show up in the assignments section of the Instructor’s Dashboard.
- All plugins and themes are fully up to date. - All caching has been accounted for and turned off during testing to insure this isn’t the issue. - The assignments are, in fact, submitted, they can be viewed from the back-end just fine, it is only the display on the dashboard that is giving issues. - We use the supported WPML and everything is set up correctly and up to date.
Through testing we were able to see that if we submitted in French, and then the Instructor viewed the Assignments tab in French, then the assignment would show up (along with English submissions). This did not work with Arabic.
This creates a situation whereby Assignments are essentially pointless to include when running Courses in multiple languages – specifically with Instructors who only use the front-end.

I recommend checking if the instructor is the owner of the course in all languages. Since the admin has access to all courses, that could explain why assignments appear in the admin dashboard but not in the instructor’s dashboard.
Additionally, please ensure that all necessary translations for the courses are in place and that students are uploading their assignments in the correct language. If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to contact WPML support.

The instructor is the owner of the course in all languages yes.
All translations are complete, the entire thing is translated, and student access the course as per usual. Additionally, yes, the students upload in their respective languages. We’ve confirmed that it is specifically when they upload in a different language that it fails to show up on the instructors end, regardless of what language they themselves switch to.

To remove the shipping information from the WooCommerce checkout page, start by going to your WordPress dashboard and navigating to WooCommerce > Settings. Once there, click on the Shipping tab. If you don’t need shipping at all, such as for digital products or services, you can remove or disable all shipping zones. Simply click on each zone and either delete it or ensure no shipping methods are enabled. After that, stay in the Shipping tab and go to Shipping options, where you’ll need to uncheck the option to “Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page.” Finally, make sure to save your changes to apply the updates.
I found the YouTube player excellent, but I suggest adding a way to choose the video quality. At the moment, it’s possible to adjust the speed, but all my videos are in 1080p, and the player always loads at a lower quality, and I can’t change that through the player.
Another detail would be to look into the translation issues. There are several terms that I still can’t translate, even using Loco, and I can’t even find the words.

1. Clear your cache: Sometimes, after translating, cached data might still be shown. Clear both your browser and site cache to load the new translations.
2. Check the correct language directory: Ensure the translation files are placed in the right directory for French, such as wp-content/languages/plugins or wp-content/languages/themes.
3. Sync the French language file: In Loco Translate, select the French file and hit the Sync button to pull in any missing or untranslated strings.
4. Save your changes: After entering the translations, make sure to hit Save to apply them.
5. Clear cache again: Once you’ve saved everything, clear your cache again to see the changes.

For the plugins:

For the French translation file, click on it and then hit the Sync button. After that, you can search for the string you want to translate, enter your translation, and save it.
For example, the “Memberships” string is located in the Pro Plus file, as shown here: Screenshot.
Please remember to click the Sync button, save your changes, and check again if any strings are not appearing: Screenshot.
Lastly, be sure to save the translation as a system file to keep your translations during theme updates: Screenshot.

Hi guys, hope you are well, keep up the good work, some people do not appreciate how good this LMS is especially when it comes to customsiing it with all the hooks and filters.
Quick question, how can a user have multiple attempts at a quiz, at the moment they can only have one go at it, if this is not possible is there a hook for it?
